Well, as you know I am of the opinion that man created MANGOD in his image and not vice versa.

Thinking man needed a coping strategy.

The whole thing with MANGOD or GOD and material evolution, is that the process becomes nothing more than  just a bit of fun for the lonely bloke, if he is already aware and in control of the end game.

It's more likely that Universal creation and development is the GOD principle, and that there is no omniscient overseer who must be obeyed.

@AdaptableRatman.

What makes them different.

Different performance and costumery.

Perhaps less historical paedophilia.

(Though there have been scandals).

And Luther was mates with Pope Leo X.

LGBTQ friendly.

The confessional Lutherans are different to Scandinavian Lutherans. Theyre much closer to Catholicism.

@AdaptableRatman

Closer is as closer does.

And closer did.

We don't worship saints or believe in Immaculate Conception

Yes, they do. Without works, faith is dead.

Not true. As in I agree they matter but faith is there without works.

Satan and the demons have firm faith in God being real and all powerful. So, works mattering is different to that.

Luther strongly supported sola fide btw.

The Faith I'm talking about which I'll reference with a capital "F" is not just believing in God's existence. It's the Faith of the Christian who believes God is his or her Savior. Satan and the demons do not believe that.

The Faith is "The Way" as it was first called.

Sola fide means "by faith alone." We don't believe we are saved by our works. Salvation is not obtained through works.
But how does one have faith if there are no actions that correspond with that faith?
