Okay so everything I said in the sign ups still applies here, the only thing I changed is now I am allowing mafia to ask one question about a role or character before the end of day phase one. Otherwise, no fake claims are provided, and only mafia will know what the theme is at the start of the game. Other than that, standard 7 v 2, and I will only answer questions regarding your own roles, or how roles that have flipped publicly interact with your role, etc. I know I am starting this kind of fast, but I am about to go to sleep and I don't wanna make every wait 8 hours while I sleep.

Day phase one will end in 72 hours or on Saturday, the 28th at Noon Eastern time.

Dear policy lynchers:

Yes, I'm probably going to behave differently than I did in previous games.
Yes, my reads will probably change quickly
Yes, I will move to voting a null read if I think I can't get my top scum read lynched

If you're going to lynch me for any of that, do it now and save us a day phase of arguing that ends in me being settled on as the "compromise" lynch.

Hello everyone. Any ideas on how we should pursue soft claims in this game given we don't know the theme? Male or female? Alive or dead? I am open to anything.

hmm... Not sure about that one. It would quite literally give my character way. I can actually see that being the case for a lot of characters.

 I did mislynch you recently in whiteflames game but to be fair I had a CC on mharman and your role would have confirmed him, I don't think I lynched you for any of the reason you listed.

First letter of first name is a possibility. Not sure if that's too narrow.

Wasn't expecting this game to start so soon. I'm pretty sure I already know the theme split. 

I'm going to push back on first letter softclaims a bit. I think that they can be more revealing than might be obvious, though it does depend on what letter you have. I think that if I'm right about the theme split however, my character is not hard to guess from my letter. 
I will, however, say that my character is male and quite famous.

I scum read Casey off that. I think the split is also painfully obvious so tying people into a letter when it’s likely limited is a good idea.

Espc since they did not get fake claims and mafia can prob just ask what the split is. Limiting the claims early is better.

Tbf, if scum are in the late claimers, it's not gonna be hard for them to come up with fake claims this way.

i think it’s potentially a good way to catch them because they don’t know who the letter is and could be planning  to claim a character that’s in the game and get stuck with what they put down. 


Theme could be obscure but I always feel like fake claims tend to stick out when you limit them.

Mine is definitely pretty prominent. If I'm right about what the theme split is, however, I'm not quite sure who else would be in the game.
