Gonna just bulk my responses into the 3 pings I have left for pg13
1. I probably wasn’t in this game so I wouldn’t know. But I’ve had like 4-5 ish games with them and that’s how I naturally see their behavior. Pretty combative against people and pretty strawman-y. She literally did this to me as town before so yeah I don’t think it’s a scum exclusive trait for them
2. I think this argument of a threshold to understand the game is stupid tbh. I think there’s a threshold to get a basic understanding but to know different gambits, play styles, behaviors, hell I wouldn’t even say I fully get it at times. I give a bit more leeway to these players but I also think when you’re playing on a site with people who’ve been playing 15+ years, it’s hard to really be an expert
3. Banana and Savant seem like an ideal team but I really don’t think savant hard buddies his scum partner unless I’m mistaken
I feel likes Casey effort and analysis is town. Seems to be actively putting time into his reads to curate them to the best of their ability and that’s usually a town tell. Not really skating by and taking charge in the reads

I will say that Savant and I ended up tying ourselves a little too closely together during the game where we were scum together. But I also feel like he would have learned from that.

I'm gonna be honest, right now I really do not buy that Savant and Banana are the scum team and they claimed their actual characters (or at least claimed characters that matched the actual theme split). Their interactions don't feel like theater to me and I really don't think they'd be acting this reckless as scum.

I was speculating on a potential pairing just because of the way there was the flip flop. I don’t think Banana ever talked about scumreading Savant again after the initial confrontation.
