New way to improve site: The 3 steps plan

I have 3 ways to gain new users on site, and this plan will be put in effect immediatelly.

1. Make debates friendly to new users

2. Mass free advertisement

3. Friend request

This 3 step plan will be done by me, but anyone else who wishes to participate can join.

1. Make debates friendly to new users

New users probably are new to debating and prefer shorter casual debates. So make debates which are standard (not rated) and make sure they have 1000 to 2000 character limit.

2. Mass free advertisement

I am using Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Tik Tok where I will mention this site in my profile description. I gain followers by making my follow list public (very important), so I follow plenty of people, they see that I follow them, they check my profile and some even follow back.

My one YouTube channel gets over 500 views daily, so in channel description I mention this site so people see.

I also plan to make other YouTube channels named specifically after this site, and advertise it by subscribing to people so they get notification and they get informed about existence of channel and this site.

Same strategy is used on Instagram and Tik Tok.

3. Friend request

This is the final touch. When new user comes to the site, I encourage everyone to send them friend requests so they feel welcome.

Also, for my new YouTube channel, I need to take screen shots of this site, and preferably some debates, forum and forum games too for start. However, I dont want to take shots of anyone's comments or debates without their permission. So anyone who wants their content posted on YouTube channel must say so. Also, I wont be posting offensive comments from here on YouTube. We need to present this site as perfect and smart.

There are offensive comments on all sites. But its not something you put in advertisement.

This is not against you but given your past that you yourself admitted to here I think you being the advertiser can backfire very hard once social media big names get involved.

But I do respect you trying. Do you actually identify as female now?

Also, I am very clear. I am not on this website's 'side' until David owns it.

Thats fine, but I do need 1 to 2 videos daily to keep channel growing, and for that, I do need content, especially because my channel is in education category which dies if uploading stops.

Yeah, but the only thing I can do about that is some free advertising. When you google "debate site", there are like 50 sites which come before this one.

Good news, if you search "Debate Site" on YouTube, this channel comes up first. I hope I keep that first spot there, even if that keyword isnt most popular search.

That entirely depends on personal perspective, and I've been keen to vote on new-member-initiated or participated debates and send them DMs to get acquainted, welcome them to the site and find virtually all do not think the site is a "wildlife sanctuary."

As someone who is extremely new to debate, PLEASEEEE!!!!!! 

When I get interested in something I practice it until I can beat people, then once I lose I practice more, this is how improvement works (at least for my autistic ahh), this approach may work in chess, but not in debate as you require other participants. 
I want to use this site to practice debate, however everyone on it is HIGHLY experienced and I don't want to go into a debate to get steamrolled by a national champ who has done this for 9 years. I can't practice IRL as my debate club is off right now, and I can't practice on here since I don't have enough experience.(I have quite literally done 0 debates so far as the club is still being set up)

This is just me complaining as I don't know how to get into this, but I would kill for this to be more accessible for new users-maybe a tutorial, somewhere where you can analyse other's debates to learn, or rated matches so that I can face someone of a similar skill level.

The most simple debating advice is: stay silent and still when you are upset, talk when you are calm. Delay response. Also, dont worry too much about losing. You may lose 1 debate or even 100, but after some time you will get good at it unless you quit. Also, you can debate here in forum if you want. No voters here, nothing to lose.

I did also have idea that top debaters on this site start a debate school here where they teach people how to debate. But thats difficult.
