1. And what if you're wrong and his "corruption" is actually the truth?

2. Removing him from your sight doesn't make him go away. He just spreads his ideas underground, where they are harder to counter.

3. Censorship tends to showcase that the censoring party can't defeat opposing ideas. Everyone knows this, and that creates a natural bias in favor of the censored side.

The best solution is full freedom of speech. If his ideas are so bad, they can be publicly and easily defeated.

Censorship doesnt work long term, because censorship can be bypassed easily and is bypassed easily. Because people you censor learn how to bypass it and improve, while people on your side get dumber on topic. Debate is needed to learn a topic. And if obvious truth is on your side, why would you fear debate?

Yes, provides a revenue stream for colleges and consequently an income source for lecturers.

It's good to circulate money around the system.

And for sure, it's no good Mrs Chelsea Bun the baker, applying for a construction site managers job without the relevant training...Nor Mr Jack Hammer  thinking that he can just rock up and start messing with Mrs Bun's cream slice.
