These 2 no matter how you look at it were genuine lies by David and Barney. Never once justified, never proven.
Since Zedvictor got his ban reason rewritten, cab I appeal the wording of my ban?

Multiaccounting with type1/sparrow (never happened, ever)
Multiaccounting evidence is only available to moderators and owner. Generally, multiaccounting can only be proved with IP address which is only available to owner and maybe moderators. It goes without saying that you should never post your IP address publicly here because it would likely reveal your address and allow someone to hack you. My IP address doesnt show my real address, but yours might. It depends on internet provider. So the evidence regarding multiaccounting must stay private. I wasnt around when Type1 was, and I cant really give opinion here.

I mean, moderators probably get 50 messages and reports from people every day from this site alone, so they have a lot of work. You do understand that theory of value is based on what is rare. The more often you message moderators, the more boring you become. Its just natural law, written in Tao too, that greatest beauty is only found in what is rare. What is everywhere is less appreciated. So be more rare.

I then made clear to Mharman, after you ignored it, to address the mods directly insread of me. At that point and only that point did Whiteflame for the first time in a long time half defend a moderator action to us.
He then said 'I dont have time for this' and dodged actually defending anything.
That is more communication than his usual MO. Thats what I am dealing with. David replies even less.

If you think mods stayed silent so you get bullied instead in that thread, I dont think it is so. Whiteflame took your side and supported your claim even tho he didnt really have to do that. He could have said "it was not exactly so", but he supported you there 100% even tho you tried to overthrow him as moderator.

It is a fact WF was an incompetent moderator. He let you get away with literally advocating pedophilia being legalised here for far too long. The sole reason he has become better is the influence David is having as an announced new owner. I can see that David is influencing a lot given the past 7 mod actions.

This is not true. I was banned for 7 days years back. Then the warning regarding my thread about consent, both Whiteflame and Vader were specifically against that topic being debated here and both told me so. This was all before David being announced as new owner. Now, of course, I personally disagree with their rule because I still can debate that topic indirectly anyway, I just choose not to.
