I don’t even know why honestly, I’m just protesting for no reason. There’s only a couple people on here left that are regularly active, there’s two on the forum and two in the debates. :/

I don't suppose that DebateCraft knows about your protest.

DebateCraft is essentially the same as DebateArt, just reworked for the sake of it.

Though there is now a new chat function, which is just a new chat function for the sake of it that provides very little extra value.

But such is progress, is it not?

Yes, I've been here since DebateArt's inception, 8 years ago...And with DebateCraft  ever since DebateArt's rebranding...I was with DDO before that. and also with various other sites.

Not sure about the reasons behind the rebrand, but I guess it was necessary to do so.

The two are still very similar in general format, though DebateCraft has the ability be progressive, whereas  DebateArt is somewhat stuck in it's own time zone.

Nonetheless DebateArt remains efficient.

And yes, a good place to seek refuge from overzealous moderators.

I heard AI is banned there. So everything still stands at the old level.

We can't force you to join, but it's just better.

Active development, several new features this site never had, and more than four people hanging around. A lot more posts, a lot more debates; we even have a section dedicated to Mafia, the social deduction game.

Yes, everything is essentially the same.

Coffee is always essentially the same despite what might be added to it.

Though there is now a chatroom where chat is infrequent, though what essentially is a chatroom other than another alternating digital interface, AKA a forum.

And then there is discord which is not DebateCraft as such...But something else to log into and interface digitally.

Saves me flying to North America every morning.

So no Mharman, it isn't better , it's just slightly different.

And Mafia is for those with not much else to do other than play with themselves in their bedrooms...Only jibing...Youthful exuberance is a force of nature.
