What do the money makers seize by force?

The Hank Reardens and John Galts of the real world take like this:

https://i.pinimg.com/originals/0d/40/8a/0d408aad59aaa5a7311ef5d78149c4c9.gif

At the same time they pay very little in taxes.

Often the money makers get tax breaks because they bring jobs in, but the people that have jobs end up paying the taxes the money makers did not.

They do other things as well, but I don't want to spend time on it because it looks like it will be a waste of time.

I'm a student. So, from my parents, I'm a taker. I don't make everyone else pay for everything I could need or want, though. That isn't my right.

Tulsi was the only Democrat that I would have considered. Looks like I'm probably voting for Trump.

I am trying to be respectful, but that comment about the makers not paying is super ignorant.

Everyone demonizes the 1%, but guess what percent they pay of total taxes. It is 37.32%! They are disproportionately paying taxes.

Guess how much the entire bottom 50% is paying. 3.04%!

How is it fair that 1% pays over 10x more than the bottom 50% combined???

Count this as my example.

That's a really cool chart that shows top income earners producing more than low-income earners.

Why do you want to destroy producers?

How much is a job worth? How much is it worth to have people producing more than what they need for themselves?

What is the value to society to punish people that produce too much?

Why don't the poor in the USA that produce alot less pay a 40% tax rate like most of the EU nations?

The money makers apparently have no job and people working unprofitable jobs are somehow affording taxes?  That reads like fictitious nonsense.

the quote was pretty self explanatory and could apply to soooo many instances it's almost prophetic.

I was almost definitely going to vote Trump anyway. Gabbard was the only Democrat that actually had a brain, but now that she is gone, there is no doubt who I am voting for :)

Yah zero chance the Left would allow Tulsi to destroy the status quo.

Am I the only one who read the book because I just enjoyed the storytelling and characters?

I mean it was personally too fake for me to like it and was too overshadowed by bullshit.

Yeah I can understand that. But to me it was fiction, and all fiction is fake.

But based on the disproportionate payment of taxes, do you think the story has at least some realistic application?
