But getting scum to cc town is just... Have you ever tried that before on DART or DDO? I feel like I would rest easier if I knew you actually tried to do something along those lines before and aren't just making this up on the spot.

It helps with POE. Usually we have the newer players do it first because they are less likely to be able to come up with a clever way of misleading people.

First time trying the gambit that I can recall, but honestly I tend to scum read people who are illogical. Maybe wrongfully so. The logic of the move is pretty obvious and airtight so you failing to see it seems phony to me.
