I'll mix up those roles

Then people have information that the rest of the game doesn't, ie mafia has a godfather, Hormone Monstress is vanilla, etc.

I feel like you'd have to mix them up, turn the game into open setup (everyone knows what roles are in the game) and reshuffle characters so that they aren't role or alignment affiliated.

I'd keep the characters the same but switch up the roles of the characters and/or replace characters

(SVTFOE has the same amount as rappers. I have to take more time to add more then for rappers since I have 9 and if a game of 13 happens, I need to add 4 more)

Yep. Getting roles and stuff out there. It will be SVTFOE Mafia. Fmpov, it is a fun and more balanced game than Big Mouth. Roles come on
