reproduction steps:
1. go to notifications and click on a mention
2. click reply to someone
3. type something on 1 line
4. make that thing you typed a block quote
5. click below the quote so you're on the only other line in the editting iframe
6. type something on one line
7. go back to receivers, pasting the name of an individual that is NOT the person you're originally replying to
8. add a space on the end of that name
9. submit the post less than 150ms before someone else submits another post in the same thread
