Remember that Singularity did read S1 and could come up with a good claim. However, if it's a good claim, that is a point in her favor.

Press was the first member to be elected to the jury
Which literally means that after he died (not necessarily died but lost that specific round and left the game) he was the first person elected to vote on the winner in the final round
