Are you claiming that you were blocked NP 3 as well? If you are then Zaradi is about 90% chance of being scum. No reason for scum to block you over a claimed role cop.
The only reason to roleblock GP would be to not have him confirm his role. But role confirmation =/= affiliation. Seems lile a waste of a roleblock to me. And I have scum reas drafter all game. Maybe there is no roleblocker...
