One where the mod cares enough about the game to put even a minutia of thought into it prior to having a horde of players commit their time and energy to playing it.
btw for all you not wanting to play because its themeless aka boring, or have pretenses about it "not being balanced", you are part of the problem lol. Virt's last game I felt was balanced just fine, and was interesting enough despite not having a theme. Irregardless of these two factors, we simply can't get to a new theme game unless we fill his sign ups and play his game. It would be rather rude to skip his sign ups out of dis-interest. Why not suck it up and play? If you are bored, you can be inactive or something, and I'll just press to lynch or kill you, because I won't be inactive ;-)

13 players =/= horde? Do you have any reason to doubt virt's ability to mod based on past experience? Sounds like your judging the book by it's cover a bit here. Just play this one, we need the numbers. You might end up liking it, and if you don't, it will be over relatively soon and we can play in one you might find more interesting. If it's balance you are worried about; stop. Most games on DDO weren't balanced, and neither are most games here. Speedrace's game favored mafia wildly, but it was still "fun" in my opinion, and had record breaking post numbers day phase 1.
