Your still confused SM. Universe is eternally existent ergo there is exist no "initial conditions of the universe".
There exist a finite set of initial conditions only in regards to finite set of time period events witin and eternally existent Universe.
There appears to be a macro-scale set of events around 13 - 17 billion years ago.
So the question becomes what were the initial conditions 13- 17 billion years ago or 100 billion years or 5 million billion years ago.
There exists no infinite source. There exists only a finite set of eternally inter-transforming occupied space events.
physical/energy cannot be created nor destroy ergo occupied space eternally exists.
So many humans cannot accept this fact because, for the most part they only experience finite sets of events that have a beginning and endings.
