Alot of police are clueless

Exactly, why would the police draw new recruits from a population that commits a disproportionate amount of criminal activity? It seems counterintuitive.

Exactly how are the superficial costumes going to affect crime rates? Oh, that policeman looks black-skinned so I better not commit this crime? Is that what society is missing?

right don't judge people by their skin color....oh wait, I mean unless it's a members only kind of thing and so long as those members are black or if there is some made up bigotry of low expectations to get votes.
