I agree, but I hate the fact we are automatically saying which generals are scum and what not. I'm just giving a feasible option based on knowledge

I'm just giving a feasible option based on knowledge
I know, but there are way too many feasible options. It could be generals who fought on both fronts vs those who didn't. It could be where they were born. It could be whether they also fought in the Mexican War or not. It could even something as goofy as their facial hair.

I also would agree that too much theme analysis is negative. While I think it's useful in later DPs, I think the goal is to set precedents of what isn't and what is, so I think it's useful in that regard, especially when there is only 150 posts and no key behavioral reads

There are too many generals who served in both theaters for that to work. Regardless, there's no way to figure out the theme in DP1. We'll have to see some flips, especially mafia flips, before that becomes possible.
You are my biggest town read so far, think behavior analysis is the way to go here

I also think as well coming closer to hints that can help us when going into L-1 to narrow scum so we don't blindly follow a theme that doesn't exist

I also inherently disagree with the whole idea of char claiming early on. FMPOV it only helps scum achieve what they need in general to come to the conclusion and doesn't benefit town

You are not really supposed to know in general, because that's a part of the game. Typical 12 person mafia is either 10v2 or 9v3

I lean town on TNBinc. I think his asking of question about mechanics and stuff versus jumping to conclusions about how the game is structured is a town tell for a noob in general.

I see the point with that but I disagree. In DP1, if scum obtains too much knowledge in game, they can have an easy path to win. I thought mafia would win in the Naruto game due to the outing of roles and such content overall. Scum team picked up on roles and claims and such and went with that info. The DP1 claims did nothing to help town and I don't think they will unless behavior is becoming a warrant for a lynch

Haven't seen much of Croc 

I don't have a problem with putting inactive pressure. Being inactive is anti town, and there should be pressure with that

By pressure I don't mean character/role reveals, I mean analysis in-game, responses too

OH OK. I get that. I usually don't think of pressure in that way. I don't say, pressure reads, but with claims, I say, pressure claim, etc. But yea getting reads out of players is essential

No it was Battle of Chickamauga. My character prevented it from becoming a worse defeat.
