So I'm working this out. If we mislynch here, Supa turns scum, and it's 4v3 next DP. Then we lynch Supa to turn him town and it's 4v2. That would be MYLO. Thus, we functionally have two mislynches, presuming the NKs go through.

Well, if there's a 50% chance you're scum, then that would seem to be a good reason to lynch you. Fifty percent is a much higher chance of being scum than everyone else, who has a 2/9 or 22.2% chance of being scum.
