Water could actually be scum. Unlike Chris, there's actual mafia utility in Double Voter versus the pacifist.

Why didn't Water claim it early on? Why didn't he test the claim from early? Why is he now wanting to test the claim when we are getting close to the endgame? Because it would be easier to force a mislynch.
Notice that WP actually didn't use his role til endgame as a 1x.
I actually think Water is scummy as fuck now. He jumped from me to oromagi's train (I think Oro is scum but note if Water flips scum I think Oromagi is cleared). Water was trying to force a mislynch on me and put me at L-1 before the Dp died down and someone unvoted. He tried to get a mislynch off because if he were to mislynch, it would be hypothetically a 3v2. From there he'd use his double vote on me and then the other scum could hammer.

By logic and Water's role, he didn't even try to confirm himself at all. I actually think Water is much more scummy than oromagi now because of this
