According to the libertarian position, abortion should be illegal, but funny enough refusing to feed or take care of the baby in any way, causing it to quickly die would be legal. Both ideals are consistent when discussing the government only protecti g negative rights

If no entity claims ownership of a fetus, whether it is the woman or the government, then by default it will die.
