We are not allowed to discuss with others on PM, that violates the PM rule.

Then again, they won't tell and honestly I myself find the rule really annoying to have to abide by. I'd love to be discussing some things on PM with Oromagi or others.

You can't go into DM's where one advertises their campaign. You can hold a chat, conduct a poll, and discuss stuff with a candidate
