NFL Mafia [DP1]

May not be a very likely theme, then. The minimum number of teams in the game that haven't won a Super Bowl is 3, assuming no one is lying about their division. And that is the absolute minimum. It's likely higher.

If oro's theory about Pie and Badger being the Vikings and Lions is correct, that would be a minimum of five teams that have never won the Super Bowl.

I've got nothing really to add at this time. I think I have some decent townreads and I think I'm definitely comfortable with a lynch this DP. Like I said, I'm going to skip on theme altogether, but my two big townreads atm are That2User and SirAnonymous. Ragnar I'd rather give a chance to contribute. oro is definitely pro-town, at least seems very genuine insofar as figuring out theme goes. Pie I'm townreading, but he's less of a free townread than That2 and Sir. Whiteflame I think is town. I'm pretty down with lynching Speedrace, Earth, MisterChris. Earth in those I kinda townread and would swap out for Ragnar or Danielle but Ragnar I expect more from and Danielle's definitely more fun once the game gets going.

Ah. Not too surprising. The odds of correctly guessing the theme without any flips to base it off are quite low.

I know I know nothing about theme, but it's disconcerting as shit everyone guessing at my claim. I thought Pie was CC'ing me at one point. 

I'd lynch oro at some point too tbh. I feel like theme analysis is such a free D1 for mafia.

Whiteflame is not so strong a townread either, but he's the only one playing actual mafia by my reading. There's a lot there that I like too though. 

Regarding possible lynches: I would be fine with Earth due to extreme inactivity. I also would not be opposed to oromagi because of how long it took him to become active. I'll need to think some more about other possibilities.

A few reads I haven't done yet.

Earth - Extremely inactive. Five posts or so. Impossible to tell his affiliation as a result. Unless he has a power role, town would lose little if he was lynched.

Badger - Seems pretty pro-town now that he's sober. I don't know how he plays as mafia, so I can't write him off. Still, he seems towny for now.

That2 - Has been posting a little more. Seems pretty town.

Chris - As with the above two, he seems towny. That being said, I seem to recall that he seems towny as mafia as well.

Whiteflame - I still don't know how to read him.

I forgot oromagi.

Oromagi - He went from not posting at all to posting a lot really fast, mostly about the theme. He seems to be his usual self, but I really don't like how long it took him to start posting.

I read Earth for vanilla town very early on, and some inactivity fits with that a little bit, but the read seems too easy and I made a mistake on him last game, so.

It's an arrogant sort of read on my part but Whiteflame feels like he's trying his hand at how I play mafia. That's either town or he's catering his deceptions to me.

We might have still got a use out of him if he had a role to use. I think Earth tells entirely too much in his opening posts.

I don't think it's a good strategy to lynch him because he's hard to read, or at least not in DP1. Whiteflame is hard to read because he's a good player who puts effort into the game (or at least he did last time I played). Statistically, he's more likely to be town than mafia. If we have reason to lynch him later, then we can. I don't want to lose a good player this early just because he's hard to read.
