CDC recently arbitrarily decided to end Covid restrictions following a suspicious decline in vaccine sales.

-Those exposed to the virus are no longer required to quarantine

-Unvaccinated people now have the same guidance as vaccinated people

-School children can remain in class after being exposed to the virus.

-It is no longer recommended to screen those without symptoms.

Well "The science" (trustworthy be his name) was on the verge of losing them an election. Pandemics and recessions are only allowed when unsavory people can be blamed for it.

its so stupid. like we were once locked down because of case numbers and now they don't even have a protocols (who looks at vaccine passports??). 

Why is it that once upon a time we had X cases and everyone was scared and panicking and now we have X which still remains, yet no one is panicking. Greparrot makes an excellent observation - it is likely because no one gets vaccinated so the government isn't making a profit anymore.

if the CDC really cared and really believed they were doing the right thing, we should still be locked down - in terms of public health, we are FAR WORSE OFF than we were 3 years ago - we literally have 4 variants of COVID, monkeypox and a whole host of other virus' yet where are the lockdowns? This is an inherent contradiction in the science mongering liberals.

Well, one might suggest that mass vaccination was successful.

Meaning that although covid is still prevalent, it has less potential to be as harmful as it originally was. 

And therefore peoples fears have been assuaged


Or one could join in with a load of socio-political conspiracy theory.
