I want to check out other cool formal debate websites to diversify into. Anyone know any. By formal debate I talk about the kinds of debates here on debate.org with rounds and votes and stuff.

debate.org is mostly trolls and no longer maintained so far as I can tell.
debateisland.com is almost exclusively religious debates
Kialo looked pretty good but it's been awhile since I looked at it.
artikulate.in was an India based site with largely civil discussion but it appears to be down or gone.

I think debateisland had some formal options but I mostly went to the "discussion" threads. Otherwise no.

Honestly, the ones that stick to formal debating have very little users in them and are mostly tumbleweeds.

The only ones that could be considered close that have rational discussions on them and a userbase are debateisland (which is mostly just like the forum posts on here) and Well.com, which has much less engagement than this website.

But both do not really offer much in the line of formal debating.
