We should be banning books. 

Books are a threat to Western Culture because they promote critical thinking, open-mindedness, and independent thought. 

These are all virtues that we, as a Society, should openly reject. 
Libraries threaten the Status Quo and they must all be shut down in accordance. Prompto!
