Before you all get upset about this topic, try to abandon your defensive stance for a second to actually understand what I am about to tell you.

In our society, there are lots of men who have consensual sex with women.

However, there are also men who are completely rejected by women. Lets talk about those men, and see how society encourages them to rape women.

If a man cant have sex consensually, then he can:

1. Stay a virgin

2. Rape

Our society should, by all standards in such cases, encourage 1 and condemn 2.

However, our society condemns 1.

By condemning 1,
by calling virgin men incels and losers, society is pushing virgin men towards committing 2.

Consider this example:

If a man rapes a woman, they call him an abuser.

If he doesnt rape her, they call him an incel.

So why is a person punished for choosing not to rape?

By all standards, 1 should be encouraged, but our society discourages and punishes 1.

So naturally, the question is: why?

Why punish people for being virgins? Why insult people who are virgins?

If somebody cant get sex consensually, thats not his fault. So why tease and insult someone for something thats not his fault?

This is especially common among young people, where they shame others for being virgins.

So one must wonder, why does society punish those who choose not to rape anyone?

2. Rape

Pretty sure what our society is trying to condemn is not being able to have sex consensually, not explicitly the first on for instance.

Why does society encourage men to rape women?
Society does no such thing.

not being able to have sex consensually
People who cant have sex consensually are either virgins either rapists.

Therefore, condemning people who cant have sex consensually means condemning virgins who cant have sex consensually.

Well yes, but you are missing my point. You claim because we are condemning 1, thus we are encouraging 2. The reality is that we condemn both, with the second one even more so. The first one is only morally, but the second one also legally.

Hence the question: why condemn both?

Why condemn people who choose not to rape?

These options:

1. Punish 1 and punish 2
2. Not punish 1 and punish 2
3. Encourage 1 and punish 2

Option 1. makes it least desirable to be 1, while all 3 options are same punishment for 2.

Can't get laid is different than waiting  until marriage. If you are undesirable to the other sex, do something about it.

Not rape either.

Lift weights, eat a calorie surplus if you twig, eat calorie deficit if you are fat.

Dress nicely, get a job you can be proud of. Make your life fun enough where any woman will look at your life and want to become part of what you have going on. If you are on computer all day, vaginas will be dry. If you rock climb, dress well and have muscles, vagina will be wet

Well they think it is.

The in the low-brow male culture sexual exploits are a sign of prowess. The lack of any conquests means no prowess.

To a traditional family man and to picky/toxic women it's his fault for not taking whatever steps are necessary to make themselves appealing to a partner. (hiring a prostitute hardly helps with this judgement)

Both reasons are unfair and irrational, well they make sense from an evolutionary point of view; but so does murdering strange males in order to impregnate their mates.... so we need to do better than "made sense at one point in evolution".

There are quite a lot of "damned if you do, damned if you don't" things in culture and this is not the worst.

I would actually say that very few men actually respond to virgin-hood-shame by raping. They do something much less egregious but still wrong, they lie; well they become dishonest in the way the approach women.

This gets them action, but you can't be surprised when it doesn't work out.

So we have a bunch of women with delusions of grandeur, a culture demanding sexual prowess and/or male begging. The result is few and unstable relationships that might actually start a family. On the other hand every generation has been more casual about sex than the last, so simply having sex (if you show up at a place with a large amount of alcohol and music) is hardly unattainable provided you can brush your teeth and fit within the bell curve of attractiveness.

I think the idea of someone having sex like that because they're ashamed of being called a virgin is a shame.

I remember this guy from YouTube, nicknamed Zazef.

As a kid, he made a video on YouTube called "I got hugged by a girl". The video went viral.

For years, he posted videos of him approaching adult girls and getting rejected. He could never get a girl.

People teased him in comments, shaming him for being virgin.

When he turned 18, he was arrested for trying to date a 13 year old.

His videos are still on YouTube.

He had autism and couldnt communicate properly. Shaming from society made him try date a minor instead of trying to date an adult, as he was rejected by adult girls so many times.

Pressure from society to get a girl made that guy go in wrong direction.

Sometimes, people impose society's pressure on themselves. If society shames person for being a virgin, then person starts feeling shame for being a virgin. Person tries to remove shame he feels by going in the wrong direction.

So yes, "damned if you do, damned if you dont" is a sign of society's failed morality.

Some people prefer to risk doing illegal things to remove shame they feel about being virgins, shame imposed on them by society.

If there are people who will commit a crime due to being shamed for being virgins, then shaming virgins increases the chance of a person to commit a crime.
There are people who will commit a crime due to being shamed for being virgins.
Shaming virgins increases the chance of a person to commit a crime.

How would an autist who typically pride themselves on not being like society, fall for shaming ta tics?

You're missing:

3. Paid sex.
4. Masturbation.

While number 4 can be considered as number 1 (stay virgin), because you don't get any anyway, you somehow get satisfied.

So, there is no excuse to rape.

People fall for shaming tactics all the time. Are you seriously trying to say that autistic people cant feel shame, cant be shamed by society?

3. Paid sex.
Well,
A) only possible for those with money
B) doesnt negate shame

4. Masturbation
Doesnt negate shame.

So, there is no excuse to rape.
This isnt about excuses to rape.

To put it simply, this is about society punishing those who choose not to rape.

There are two options:

1. Person refuses to rape
2. Person chooses to rape

1 should be encouraged, not punished. Why punish people who dont rape? Why cause pain and shame to person who doesnt commit the crime?

Calling someone who doesn't fuck an incel is not a punishment whatsoever. Besides, in developed societies people don't do that. Maybe in Korea people do it because it's a really fucked up society (I heard lot of western people speaking out against koreans), but in normal situations this is not the case.

You should consider moving out from Korea, my friend, you wouldnt be the first one. 😄

Well, no, of course not. People enjoy being called incels, losers... no?

Incel = "involuntarily celibate".

Where is the punishment? Calling someone "loser" is an offense, though.
