Heard this new term today:  “progressively responsible experience”? I Looked it up and came to the conclusion it means master of nothing.

New terms do more often than not mean: nothing

They don't last long.

It's really bad in IT. I think there are professional term inventors so there can be something to agitate over to management.

I ask a few pointed questions: So what [New Term] means is that the software should work and not be buggy? Why didn't we think of this before?

Aka a ' generalist '. Bucky considered himself a generalist and a comprehensivist.

Bucky coined the word tensegrity, --found in dictionaries now days--, that is combination of tension and integrity.

A student of Buckys invented a tensegrity structure before Fuller did.  Fuller ran with the idea for years, without giving due credit to that person.  Kenneth Snelson.  Fuller coined that term/word combination.

It is common in spinal chord muscle issues and with the inner and outer layers of protein with skin and/or flesh.
