The White House counsel’s office met with a top aide to Special Counsel Jack Smith just weeks before he brought charges against former President Trump for allegedly mishandling classified documents — raising serious concerns about coordinated legal efforts aimed at President Biden’s likely opponent in 2024.

Jay Bratt, who joined the special counsel team in November 2022, shortly after it was formed, took a meeting in the White House on March 31, 2023, with Caroline Saba, deputy chief of staff for the White House counsel’s office, White House visitor logs show.

They were joined in the 10 a.m. meeting by Danielle Ray, an FBI agent in the Washington field office.

Nine weeks later, Trump was indicted by Smith’s office on June 8, 2023.

Peter Carr, a spokesman for the special counsel, said Bratt was at the White House for a “case-related interview” but declined to comment further.

The FBI declined to comment.

Shocking.

Let me see if I can capture the vibe of DoubeR:

Everybody in the world from the smallest rodent to the most vain kardashian wanted this meeting to occur.

Of course it was suggested that the mostly peaceful insurrectionist Donald J Trump should be charged at a particular time. This was in the national interests of the USA and all in the line of duty.

If it just so happens that charges and indictments are announced one day after new Biden corruption evidence comes out? Well that's not a conspiracy because conspiracies don't exist (unless they're right-wing conspiracies).

It appears there might be some confusion or misinformation in your statement. Franklin D. Roosevelt was the President of the United States during World War II, and he did play a significant role in the Allied efforts against Nazi Germany. However, the United Nations as we know it today did not exist during World War II.

The United Nations was established after World War II, in 1945, with the goal of promoting international cooperation, peace, and security. It was formed by the Allied powers, including the United States, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, and other nations. The UN's predecessor was the League of Nations, which was established after World War I but was unable to prevent the outbreak of World War II.

The concept of indicting individuals for war crimes became prominent after the war, leading to the Nuremberg Trials held in Nuremberg, Germany, between 1945 and 1946. These trials were a series of military tribunals held to prosecute major Nazi leaders for their involvement in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and other serious offenses. While Franklin D. Roosevelt did not personally meet with the United Nations to endorse indictments against Hitler (as he passed away in 1945), the Nuremberg Trials did result in the indictment and prosecution of several top Nazi officials for their roles in the Holocaust and other atrocities. It's also worth noting that Hitler never challenged Roosevelt in any US election for president at any time.

If you have more specific information or context related to your statement, feel free to provide additional details, and I'll do my best to help clarify any historical events or inaccuracies.

I think only one person ever got my avatar. The Uniform represents coerced acceptance of a toxic narrative. The Rabbit means a replacement of popular toxic propaganda with an innate sense of what is right. The boy in the picture represents the people on Dart forced to make a choice. Will they follow the crowd or run away with the rabbit?

Anyone that watched the whole movie would clearly see what the pivotal scene meant (and of course, it was the scene that the movie was named after)

Sadly, JoJo's rabbit is mercilessly killed every day on this forum.

On 1 January 1942, representatives of 26 Allied nations fighting against the Axis Powers met in Washington, D.C. to pledge their support for the Atlantic Charter by signing "Declaration by United Nations".

This document contained the first official use of the term "United Nations", which was suggested by President Roosevelt.

Contrary to longstanding assumptions, Adolf Hitler was indicted as a war criminal for actions by the Nazis during the Second World War before he died.
A new book, "Human Rights After Hitler," by British academic Dan Plesch, says Hitler was put on the UN War Crimes Commission's first list of war criminals in December 1944.

The previous month the commission — which began its work in 1943, prior to the formal establishment of the UN in 1945 — determined Hitler could be held criminally responsible for the acts of the Nazis in occupied countries, according to the book.

And by March 1945 — a month before Hitler's death — "the commission had endorsed at least seven separate indictments against him for war crimes."

You can indict a ham sandwich. The Nuremberg trials are the proof of guilt.

The International Court of Justice, also known as the World Court, is the main judicial organ of the UN. It was established in June 1945 by the Charter of the United Nations and began work in April 1946.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ), also known as the World Court, is the main judicial organ of the United Nations. It was established in June 1945 by the Charter of the United Nations and began its work in April 1946. The ICJ is responsible for settling disputes between states and providing legal opinions on international legal issues.

The ICJ's primary focus is on disputes between states rather than prosecuting individuals for war crimes. The prosecution of individuals for war crimes and crimes against humanity is typically handled by other international criminal tribunals or courts, such as the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the International Criminal Court (ICC).

The Nuremberg Trials, which I mentioned earlier, were a separate set of military tribunals held specifically to prosecute major Nazi leaders (including Hitler) for their involvement in war crimes and other offenses during World War II. These trials were actually not under the jurisdiction of the ICJ.

The framework under which the Nuremberg Trials were conducted is often referred to as the "Nuremberg Principles." Which the Allied Powers created out of whole cloth after the military tribunal. The Nuremberg Principles consist of a set of guidelines and legal principles that were established as a result of the trials. These principles formed the basis for prosecuting war crimes, crimes against humanity, and other international crimes.

The Nuremberg Trials took place between 1945 and 1946, during which the military tribunals were held to prosecute the accused Nazi leaders. These trials were conducted under the authority of the Allied powers and sought to establish accountability for the atrocities committed during the war. The principles that emerged from these trials—such as the principles of individual criminal responsibility, crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and superior orders—served as the legal basis for the verdicts rendered by the tribunals.

Before the Nuremberg Trials and the establishment of jurisdiction to prosecute Nazi leaders for war crimes and crimes against humanity, there were several factors that contributed to the lack of effective legal mechanisms for such trials:
  1. Limited International Legal Framework: International law, especially regarding the prosecution of individuals for war crimes and crimes against humanity, was not as well-developed as it is today. The Geneva Conventions, which lay out rules for the treatment of wounded soldiers, prisoners of war, and civilians in times of war, were in place, but the legal mechanisms for enforcing these rules and prosecuting violators were not as robust.
  2. Sovereignty and Non-Interference: The principle of state sovereignty was strongly upheld during this time. Many countries were hesitant to intervene in the internal affairs of other nations, even if those nations were committing severe human rights abuses. This principle limited the international community's ability to address crimes committed within the borders of sovereign states.
  3. End of World War I and Treaty of Versailles: After World War I, the Treaty of Versailles imposed certain penalties on Germany, but it did not focus on prosecuting individual leaders for war crimes. Instead, it primarily addressed territorial changes and economic reparations. This approach did not set a precedent for prosecuting individual leaders for wartime atrocities.
  4. Lack of Political Will: In the aftermath of World War I, many countries were more focused on rebuilding their economies and societies than on prosecuting war criminals. Political leaders often prioritized stability and reconciliation over justice.
  5. Shift in Focus from Victors: After World War I, the victorious powers were more focused on preventing a future war rather than pursuing accountability for past atrocities. This mindset contributed to a lack of comprehensive efforts to hold individuals accountable for war crimes.
  6. Rise of Nazism and International Tensions: In the years leading up to World War II, international tensions were rising, and the focus was on diplomatic efforts to prevent another global conflict. The rise of Nazi Germany and its aggressive expansionist policies shifted attention away from the prosecution of individuals for war crimes.
It wasn't until World War II reached its conclusion and the scale of the atrocities committed by the Nazi regime became apparent that the international community recognized the need to hold individuals accountable for their actions. The Nuremberg Trials represented a unique and unprecedented effort by the Allied powers to establish a framework for prosecuting Nazi leaders for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and crimes against peace. The trials were a response to the scale of the horrors committed during the war and aimed to set a precedent for the future prosecution of individuals responsible for similar crimes.

Again, the United Nations War Crimes Commission...
Again, they had zero jurisdiction. It would be like a person going on Fox news and declaring Biden a war criminal. Zero Jurisdiction.

When did the US start participating in the UN?
The United Nations officially came into existence on October 24, 1945, after the United States, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, China, and France, as well as a majority of the other signatories, had ratified the United Nations Charter. Before ratification, no agreement was binding.

Before Nuremberg – before tribunals in Rwanda, Yugoslavia – before the ICC – there was the United Nations War Crimes Commission. Founded in the darkest moments of WWII, the UNWCC was a little-known United Nations agency which identified, classified, and assisted national governments trying war criminals in Europe and Asia. Dwarfing in scope its more famous contemporaries in Nuremberg and the Far East, it coordinated the trials of generals and foot soldiers alike – but remains obscure today.

Again,

The United Nations officially came into existence on October 24, 1945, after the United States, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, China, and France, as well as a majority of the other signatories, had ratified the United Nations Charter. Before ratification, no agreement was binding. Including the UNWCC, which had no Jurisdiction prior to the Nuremburg trials.

Not a single NAZI was brought to trial by the UNWCC

The United Nations War Crimes Commission (UNWCC) had the authority to collect evidence, investigate war crimes, and prepare cases for prosecution, but it did not have the power to conduct trials itself. Its main role was to assist national governments in prosecuting individuals responsible for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and other atrocities committed during World War II.

The UNWCC worked to document and compile evidence of war crimes and other violations of international law during the war. This evidence was intended to be used in trials that would be conducted by the respective national governments or, in some cases, by international tribunals established by the Allied powers after the war ended.

The Nuremberg trials, as mentioned earlier, were organized by the Allied powers and involved the prosecution of major Nazi leaders for their roles in planning and committing war crimes, crimes against peace, and crimes against humanity. The UNWCC's evidence collection efforts contributed to these trials, but the trials themselves were separate proceedings organized by the Allied powers, not the UNWCC.

It's also worth noting that Hitler never challenged Roosevelt in any US election for president at any time.

You have very poor reasoning ability. I said the U.N. War Crimes Commission cites documents showing that Adolf Hitler had been indicted as a war criminal for actions by the Nazis during World War II before his death — contrary to longstanding assumptions. This is a true statement. What is you refutation?

ATLANTA, GA — Former President Donald Trump has been indicted by Fulton County for looking too stunning and handsome in his mugshot photo.
"No man is allowed to look that attractive and fierce," said District Attorney Fani Willis. "President Trump must be held accountable for his overpowering sexiness and raw animal magnetism."

When asked about the mug shot, Biden told reporters, “I did see it on television. Handsome guy.”
