I am making this a public thread because I think any private method of handling things with mods goes absolutely nowhere on some topics.
I do not fully know the limitations of First Amendment protections in US. This website is not a US only website.
This is not a callout thread aimed at 1 or 2 users, this is an issue I have seen repeatedly here. Not always but repeatedly.
If this website wishes to be present in any nation at all other than US and probably US too, it has to immediately begin censoring certain topics or both the owner and users can get in trouble.
This is not made for drama or games of who threatens who with legal action. This is cold hard reality.
In the past the general issue was hate speech law violations. With some users using full n word regularly and making such threads more now it does start to broach the law of what a website is allowed to be accessible in most non US nations.
However, that is not the biggest issue.
In 'Satire' the website is having a user right now with profile poc of Trump and a swastika. That user means it in resentment to trump but the image looks as if he is glorifying Nazism and trump. Therefore it comes under illegal pro Nazi imagery in all of Europe.
The real issue is beyond that, if a wsbsite doesnt ban and ASAP delste content that puts it in legal jeopardy then it can get very serious. This is no longer about what I said prior... No.
This is about active users here being fake banned to repeatedly advocate full on pedophilia.
This is about bestiality being actively advocated for as well.
It all stacks up. There are laws that cover website designed to attract such people to chat about those urges (they dont even need to publicly the thread is the flag wave and they then DM and collaborate and share vile content etc) this is getting to a point either the mods and owner take it 100% serious or 100% serious things can happen to the website and all of our posts will be scrutinised.
This is not paranoia, nor exaggeration. At this point it is not even theoretical anymore, this website is plausibly one report away from legitimate warrants being issued given the content.
This is a thread meant for the owner to read. It is not meant as some drama to the mods.

Just for clarification, there are plenty of paedophile ministers and pastors that when they get arrested, the record states Christian alone whereas Catholics state themselves as Catholic and cannot deny what they were.
I think those naturally incline to pedophilia and rape urges etc are in need of dedicated sexually repressive control the most of all humans until they find the ability to channel loving, Christian attraction and love to adults of the gender God designed them to marry and reproduce with.
I would advise them to spend years (2 minimum) being celibate as possible and stay far away socially from virgin-shaming mansluts etc. they need to truly rebuke the demon posessing them or Satan himself before ever considering healthy adult matrimony.

Yahweh chose them. There is also a theory but it is semiheretical that Jesus was the Angel of the Lord in Old Testament as this angel claimed to be God itself and never revealed his/its name.
The problem is after Jesus revealed himself as the Christ Messiah, the Pharisees ans other Jewish sects continued to disbelieve him whereas others such as the apostles helped bring forrh the complete second part to Judaism (the New Testament).
In some ways in a technical sense, Christianity is version 2 Judaism, that is why the Old Testament is at least 85% from Jewish scripture.
The main Jewish sect that truly know who they see as the non-Jesus Christ Messiah are the Orthodox who see King David as the Christ.
The others seem to still be waiting except Messianic Jews who are Christians in a... Weird way.

The issue with the idea you have is it would only suit the agenda of nonbinaries. Many MtF and FtM would dislike the terms devaluing them as true male or true female.
It would actually hurt intersex trans the most and christian along with them as for Christians intersex have an obligation to transition into a gender whereas all cisgender people are encouraged to stay that way.
