Without more info from him explaining the inconsistencies in his actions and claim I think he is our lynch today.

It wasnt until Drafter outed him Dp2 that he switched to being badly defensive.

@Greyparrot
Pertaining to the claim/question distinction yer making, I think its funny you say that when the majority of his posts Dp1 of US mafia were treading lightly, buddying, and mostly useless questions.

Im of the opinion rn that Parrot has bad enough tunnel vision that he would do that.

Yer way overgeneralizing early feel-out votes.
If yer referring to my thoughts on yer initial vote on me:

I thought so slightly but post #9 caught my attention. Not only did it feel aggressively rushed (you posted it less than half an hour after yer initial vote) but it was odd that you immediately appeared to have a SR by accusing me off purposely avoiding the question itself (when in reality it was just a reverse RVS on Wyls part). Feels a little more than a feel out but hey Im technically still TRing you for now.

Sup-optimal? As in yer saying that a better time to say it would be in the beginning but he didnt therefore it must be genuine? Host of assumptions there. The simplest explanation is that he did remember and was lying to get town cred.

I wouldnt necessarily say that parrots buddying is affiliation based. Its certainly concerning tho especially with his first vote and early sus on me in conjunction with Wyls seemingly transparent post about the workings of the scum PM.

I was sort of messing on that. Parrot voted for him kind of randomly then disappeared for a while and when he came back started tunneling budda. Yer not incorrect in yer observation at all.

I think its interesting that you would take him at his word for that. Feels like a case of assuming the result and using that assumption to factor his truthfulness.

To be clear what Wyl provided was absolutely not a claim. And it was also shown that he absolutely did know the mechanics of scum group chats.

Thats a point that is of some interest as Budda pointed out. I believe roles or lack thereof are correlative in some way to the character itself which is why Supa's role claim (without mentioning a justification- which I would infer would come with his role) is irksome and requires more info from him.

He didnt claim that role. He claimed a passive redirective role that sends whatever action is used on him to a randomized player.

@Buddamoose
Reading through US mafia its hard to miss the similarities especially the complete shift in tone once he ascertains the scum read. From genial, open ended posts to deflection, snarkiness, and tunneling. These traits reinforce my general read of him being overall just kind of annoying lmao. Like a lower-tier FT in terms of me just not being able to stand him 😂

You say you will "empirically prove" him (Budda) to be mafia. Elaborate. I see nothing in the information youve provided about yer role to believe that thats possible. So something else?

@Buddamoose
Its what I would do as scum tbh. I would tend to avoid targeting inactives, newbs, or experienced players with possible exploitable suspicion following them. I also tend to get town read early on if Im town. Its why I got NK'd so early in a lot of my last games on DDO. Theres no reason to keep me around from scum perspective if Im not a viable lynch option down the road and am at least a mediocre player.

As to Parrot Im reading him rn as overconfident townie. IIRC he correctly identified you as scum Dp1 last game?

Whatever mechanics you have notwithstanding, I think its a midtake to extrapolate that on to the entire town.

Cant tell if Parrots focus is indicative of him being overconfident over last game or just basic scum tunneling. Like he leeos referencing post 189 but theres nothing all that interesting there.

I dont think he specifically stated that his role induces randomness, just that random actions out of his control might fuck with it.

I had the same feeling about Martok when I looked him up. Still its nonconfirmable so well have to wait and see. Im fine with letting the claim be as it is atm. I plan on rereading some old games of Vaarkas because his dejection thusfar irks me. I know Ive played with him before it was just a year or so ago so I dont remember much.

Also, are you scum reading Wyl? So much has happened Im starting to forget where everything is at. I ask because I TR him atm.

Sure. An organism lacking anything meaningfully resembling consciousness or higher neural activity isn't a person and thus IDGAF if a woman doesnt want to carry it to term.
