(basically seems like we're not gonna kill Doru. We'll get him bound, chained, and staked in a coffin in the undercroft and repair the door. Then go to the Windmill to confront Maggie as a group, Ismarck and Ireena included, in the hopes Maggie might have something useful for saving Doru.)

(I just gotta say, picturing a Dragonborn(Grahf) and a Gnome as the goody two shoes party faces is funny. Also, all the choices in the world and the most charismatic of our group is those two. Such a rag tag group, love it. 😂.
I'd love to flesh out a written backstory for a group to explain how we all came to meet. Would be great. Especially Roberts, how's a human artisan wind up with a gnome, Dragonborn, and half-orc? Maybe it has something to do with his propensity towards aggregiously violence and torture he's displayed already? 😏 😂)

Snerp just about has Eikka convinced
(The Morninglord is also likely fmpov to show us favor if we can save a dawnbringers son. Idk about you, but having a deity in our back pocket seems like it'd be super useful and at least worth seeing if that might happen.
If we can show we are here to help for the good of all, and not just for our own benefit, then I would bet it's almost guaranteed the morninglord has a personal chat with us. And deities almost always come hand in hand with very useful things. Who knows, maybe Snerp can get himself a fancy ass magical lute with which to spread joy and music through Barovia 👏👏)

And if he is staked and secured the chances of that are slim to none. He was never chained or staked to begin with. He was just being held back by the wooden door of the undercroft. Y'all are acting like he's gonna be able to escape being staked and chained/bound because he broke out of the undercroft.
Dude couldn't break thru a thick wood door and Strahd had to break the door to release him. Methinks chains and staking will restrain him indefinitely. Particularly staking, because they're paralyzed and unconscious, effectively dead, after being staked.)

(like I've said idk how many times now. No evil affiliations likely means most bonuses and cool items revolve around doing good deeds. Killing a dawnbringers son and prompting him to likely kill himself is far from good fmpov. Especially if no means of saving him is sought out first.
On top of that, again, Ismarck and Ireena were never told of the intention to save Doru, yet they brought it up. This is likely foreshadowing/a clue to what we should be trying to do fmpov.)

(The chances of defeating Strahd seem slim. But we 5 heroes will try regardless 👏💯. Worst case scenario we don't find anything and can come back and dispose of him later. But if we secure him well and stake him in a resting place it neutralizes him completely so long as the stake is in place. We can chain him and bind him on top if that.)

I think he's gotta be staked in a resting place. Being on the safe side and staking him in a coffin seems a prudent thing. Until then binding him up in rope just in case would be a wise decision also imho.

Well, I've heard that killing a vampire then resurrecting them restores the person back to proper condition. But we don't have current access to such things. Maggie herself seemed like a magical creature, perhaps she has a means of accomplishing that such as a spell scroll.
It shouldn't be too late even if he's dead to bring him bacl still. He will regenerate given enough time. We could stake him in a secure area inside of a coffin until we are able to find something to try it.

Think about it this way, what behaviorally points to me being scum? Anything? I would say no, the only things that are painting me as scummy are circumstantial fmpov.

It absolutely does. 2 cops and a tracker is therefore not out of the realm of reason. The dilemma isnt whether or not there are 4 PR's in the game. The dilemma is whether or not one of us is lying.
To say, "there is no way there are 2 cops" and then follow it up with "3 PR's makes sense in an 8 player game." Well, 2 PR's are flipped, now it comes down to who out of the two of us is being truthful. Cause 2 =\= 3 and you aren't at all guaranteed town, nor even confirmed by virtue of claiming doc. Doc doesn't even need to be in the game if there are two cops, even if flavored
