I'm a fan of classical music mostly but I like some classic rock that I grew up listening to and even some 80s stuff for nostalgia. But modern music, essentially from the mid-90s forward, is total garbage. Every single song is some auto tuned bullshit with computerized instruments or usually no real instruments at all. It feels like 80% of the stuff made now is some form of rap/hip hop/some other ghetto style. Hardly any of the big names have actual nice voices or sing well, it mostly just sounds like wailing into a microphone.
