In the U.S.A- the majority of people are white, and it is statistically proven in many studies that you recognize and prefer other more by default when they're similar to you. Consider how there are "black" neighborhoods, this is because they feel comfortable with one another. The majority of some countries BEING white makes it so they are often "trusted" more or at least given less suspicion than other races. There are PLENTY of other arguments on why white privilege may be intentional/and or helping businesses or whatever- but really this is just the most bare-bones explanation I can give you.
