Oh NO, he's locked up the White Supremacist vote AND the Christian Nationalist vote.
I hope he locks up the Nationalist Supremacist vote as well. It's about time America stopped showing up for last place trophies.
America can be supreme again, like Taco Bell.

I'm done with this stupid example, no serious person would still be trying this hard and failing this badly to show that declaring an argument to be irrelevant is not an end-all-be-all rebuttal. Try that in an actual debate and see what happens.
You realize he was just using your style....

But he also defrauded the government by over 800 percent according to the video.
Let's see how this squares with the fake "rule of law" crowd, or is it just the same old excuses for a 2 tier justice system....

Book deals usually mean writing your own, not slapping your name over God's.
At least he didn't use a holy ghost writer with classified documents as source material.

Yes, that sounds like a good plan which you should definitely follow, especially when voting.
This is true. A vote for Biden will be a bit faster than a vote for Trump to throw the country into chaos. Especially if Kamala takes over.

There's plenty of proof. Democrat mayor tears are powerful.
It really doesn't matter exactly how many illegals made it to the sanctuary states. As long as there is enough.
Created:

@Best.Korea
There's no peekaboo needed. Just a bus to the nearest advertised sanctuary city. I am confident over 90% of illegal invaders have somehow and someway made a home in one of the many advertised sanctuary cities. None of those sanctuary states are swing states.
The old Adage is still true. If you want to destroy Democrats, give them everything they ask for (including illegal invaders)

Yeah, except the GOP already thought of that, which is why they bussed all those illegal migrants to non-swing states. The votes there won't help Biden.

Lol, RFK has chosen one of the most far-left Bernie Sanders type progressive as a VP pick.
If you think Biden isn't worried that he will lose the far left Bernie Bros to RFK, you clearly are not paying attention.
Read the polls man. Maga wasn't ever going to vote for a far-left progressive. TDS can't change that reality.

Most likely they value stability . Successful people tend not to want to shake things up because they benefit from the current system. In other words. If you are part of the establishment, you tend to be pro establishment
This is the correct answer. Smarter people are also likely to be in the wealthy class. The wealthy class prefers the establishment that allows them to maintain their power and class status at the expense of the rest of the country. Nobody really denies the Democrat party is the party of the wealthy elite. How long they can maintain this power completely depends on how tyrannical they are willing to be with the lower classes.

Genetic diversity was important in a world with multiple environments and multiple threats. Today, nearly all of this is irrelevant as we can control almost all aspects of our living environment. Freezing to death, malaria, lack of water.... there's no need to have biological hybrids to survive these hybrid environments (hairy people with elevated metabolism, sickle cells, etc...)

He has standing to sue for sex and racial discrimination with LJ's "too male and too pale" statement. The law doesn't shelter radical identity ideologues.

So if we were to revert back to our worst historically discovered bottleneck as a species, we would need 99.99875% of people to suddenly die. This is also a very generous estimate as that historical bottleneck pushed through with stone tool technology, and there would be much better existing tools for the survivors today. It's very likely the human species would persist with much lower numbers than 100,000. Modern tools should be able to compensate for much of the lack of genetic diversity.
People who still believe climate change of a few degrees or elevated radiation from either the sun or nuclear weapons could possibly cause that many deaths have zero concept of science, geology, and earth history.

There are four meanings listed in OED's entry for the noun bloodbath. See ‘Meaning & use’ for definitions, usage, and quotation evidence.
bloodbath has developed meanings and uses in subjects including
Google only recently eliminated 3 of the 4 oxford definitions, while also fabricating an example to imply Trump incited a bloodbath with a protest.
This isn't the 1st time Google got caught interfering in an election.

- an event or situation in which many people are killed in a violent manner."he allowed the protest to go ahead despite warnings that it would spark a bloodbath"
Notice the purposeful example Google displays now. Nothing wrong going on at all here.....
The purpose of Newspeak was not only to provide a medium of expression for the world-view and mental habits proper to the devotees of Ingsoc, but to make all other modes of thought impossible. It was intended that when Newspeak had been adopted once and for all and Oldspeak forgotten, a heretical thought — that is, a thought diverging from the principles of Ingsoc — should be literally unthinkable, at least so far as thought is dependent on words. Its vocabulary was so constructed as to give exact and often very subtle expression to every meaning that a Party member could properly wish to express, while excluding all other meanings and also the possibility of arriving at them by indirect methods. This was done partly by the invention of new words, but chiefly by eliminating undesirable words and by stripping such words as remained of unorthodox meanings, and so far as possible of all secondary meanings whatever.

NO ONE is in more dire need of learning how to disagree without being disagreeable than radical liberals. In the Left's ongoing war against conservatives and conservative ideas, slander and libel have become routine. A contemporary liberal would much rather damn conservatives with a toxic label -- "racist," "homophobe," "fascist" -- than actually debate their ideas on the merits.
One reason leftists resort so readily to character-assassination is that it's a lot easier than resorting to logic, facts, and persuasion. But another is that they're never called on it. Let Newt Gingrich mock Bill and Hillary Clinton as "counterculture McGoverniks," and torrents of denunciation pour forth. But there isn't even a ripple of objection when Vice President Al Gore characterizes Republicans as wanting "to create as much . . . discord and hatefulness as they possibly can and follow a scorched-earth political strategy: burn down the house in hopes that you'll inherit the ashes."
Intellectual bankruptcy is the father of character assassination.
Because far-left liberals are the most intellectually bankrupt group in America, they are the ones who resort most often to character assassination.
When liberals are confronted with arguments they cannot answer, they hide their inability to answer the argument by attacking the person. This desperate resort to name-calling is a logical fallacy known as argumentum ad hominem.
Thus, if you do not think American taxpayers should reward illegal immigrants for breaking our laws by putting them on welfare and providing them with free education, you are called a racist.
If you believe in equal opportunity rather than mandated racial, ethnic and gender quotas, you are a racist and a sexist.
If you do not agree with liberal Democrats’ legislative agenda, you are a right-wing extremist. In the liberal lexicon, there are only moderates (themselves) and right-wing extremists. For some reason, no such thing as a left-wing extremist exists.
If you think American education should instill in American students a pride in their country and culture, you are called a jingoist or a nativist.
If you think Congress should restrict legal immigration, you are a racist and a nativist.
If you think the First Amendment allows people to dance naked, talk dirty and burn the U.S. flag, you are a civil libertarian. If, however, you think it allows prayer in public schools, you are right-wing, fascist, fundamentalist Christian. If you think the Second Amendment means what it says – that people have a right to keep and bear arms – you are a gun nut.
If you think children within the womb deserve the same protection as children without, you are an anti-choice, religious fanatic.
If you think America’s trade laws should ensure that American manufacturers have an equal playing field, rather than being destroyed by overseas slave or sweatshop labor, you are an isolationist and a protectionist.
If you think Israel should sign the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and stop abusing the human rights of Palestinians, you are an anti-Semite.
There has been some discussion in this country about the decline of civility and the deterioration of the quality of public dialogue. Both have occurred, and both have occurred mainly because of the left’s routine resort to insult rather than logic.
This is a bad thing for the country, and liberals deserve to be called on it. Already, now that Republicans have reluctantly decided to move toward a balanced budget, they are being accused of wanting to starve children and abandon the elderly, allowing them to freeze to death.
That’s a crappy argument. In fact, it’s no argument, just like all the other cases cited above. To believe in democracy is to believe in (a) a free debate based on reason and facts; and (b) to accept the results of the outcome with grace. Those who try to poison public debate with insults and name-calling and then sabotage the results every time they lose in the public arena are, in spirit and in fact, acting in the manner of totalitarians.
Some American fascists masquerading as liberals go even further and try to silence people whose arguments they can’t answer by intimidation or economic pressures. Such people are vile and villainous and deserve nothing but contempt from those who value freedom and reason.

3) Most votes getting siphoned off are Biden voters, not Trump voters.
4) Polls show Biden has zero chance to win any swing state with RFK in the race.
5) Polls show RFK rising in popularity as Biden declines.

Yes, if the banks declare fraud, then it should be illegal.

You clearly do not understand how valuation works.
He doesn't. If the law was applied universally to every property owner, they all would be slapped with a fine the second they listed any property value over the tax-assessed value. This case is straight up malfeasance.
Created:

@ADreamOfLiberty
The abuse of discretionary law is legion and inevitable, therefore; we should limit those kinds of laws as much as possible.
If the law is important enough to be applied universally, then it should stand.

(that's why I used the word "part").
It's still wrong.
But if the applicant was permitted to flat out lie, then there would be no point in the banks communicating with the applicant at all.
Wrong. Just because people lie on resumes doesn't mean an employer throws out every resume....

Can you imagine any situation in your life where you felt you could trust someone without question because the law compelled them?
Created:

@Double_R
Part of due diligence is asking the only person who would know to disclose the details of the property you are considering accepting as collateral and knowing that you can trust their answers because they are required by law to tell you the truth.
I suppose with this mindset, you would not dare question any car salesman because they are required by law to tell the truth. It all makes sense now why the current leader of the left-tribe is the son of a used-car salesman.... You have to be that gullible to think this "part" passes for "due-diligence"
You have to be that gullible to believe the state has the foresight to justly and fairly fine the car dealership if you never filed a complaint...
