“In my judgment, this is not the time to amplify disagreement with stridency,” Barrett wrote. “The Court has settled a politically charged issue in the volatile season of a Presidential election. Particularly in this circumstance, writings on the Court should turn the national temperature down, not up. For present purposes, our differences are far less important than our unanimity: All nine Justices agree on the outcome of this case. That is the message Americans should take home."

while worshipping the world's dictators
This one is hilarious. Asking the deep state to reverse course on extremely dated foreign policy revolving around a long extinct petro-dollar and the absence of global alternatives to American sanctions is now "dictator worship"

This is what more of the same has delivered for Biden in the last 3 years:
1) A strengthening Russo-Chinese alliance
2) An objective 20 point bump in Putin's domestic approval.
3) A Russian economy that outperformed every NATO country's growth projection except for 2.
4) A solid expansion of their military power along their border.

If this is what passes for "fighting world dictators" then the fight was over long ago. Do better Democrats. Do better.

My interpretations of why the polls are the way they are is more accurate than your interpretation. The proof  that more people view politics as the deep state vs Trump is because his popularity rises with every attack. If people were just fine with the Establishment Oligarchy running the country, there would be a decline in support.

on the basis of that candidate being indicted on 91 felony counts.
It could be 30,000 felony counts. The state of the accuser matters.

Joe Biden was clearly the better choice in 2020.
He was. Trump tried to negotiate with an unyielding foe and paid the price for it. Further proof that obedience to the deep-state Oligarchy comes with a heavy price. Turns out that shutting down the country just because Big Pharma told you to do that has an enormous political cost in a country that is done with the usual suspects.

tried to overthrow the American experiment
The neocon/radical left's vision of a fascist state where lobbies and big government form an unholy dystopia isn't an experiment worth continuing.

That makes sense. Footage showed it got very nasty right after the police let loose the gas and batons. It would be more accurate to say the DC police were prepared to "get violent" than claiming they were prepared "for violence" according to the video footage.

I find it slightly amusing that the left tribe deeply and religiously believes half of America is caught up in an 8 year long delusional cultish worship of Trump when the reality is that people are simply done with the establishment oligarchy. Trump was just a spark on an already festering powder keg a great many decades in the making. Something the left-tribe will discover excruciatingly when Trump is gone.

I don't have to argue anything. The polls are the default position. It's like the Oracle in the Matrix. You don't actually have to take a side. The side is already chosen. You just have to understand why it is that way.

Also a possible 8th amendment violation. Not that it really matters as the electorate isn't going to wait for the appeals courts to correct the TDS judges according to the polls. More free promotion for Trump. Maybe next time, don't weaponize the government if you want to win an election in a free country.

Lol, because people in 1865 were too lazy to follow due process, then it's now constitutional to deny due process. Left-tribe logic.

And for the record, the vast majority of southern leaders WERE charged, including Jefferson Davis and Robert E Lee, so I am not understanding how this myth that no southern leader was charged for insurrection got any traction outside of an MSNBC bubble.

In this article, Hochul basically admits that the rules only apply to Trump. This is NOT a fair rule of law; it is rulership by fiat. People with a lot to lose will be nervous if there is no fair business environment. New York is now a place where a court could insert itself at any time if you support the wrong things and run for the wrong political offices.

If that actually happened, the Bank would be suing the other banks that provided a false record, or be suing Equifax and Experian for providing false data.

Of course, that did not happen. The banks NEVER sued Trump for any document. Nor did the bank sue anyone else. There was no damage, no aggrieved party, and no fraud. The court should have zero standing in a private trade agreement between 2 willing parties. Period.

O' Leary was right when he said it is no longer safe for 2 private individuals to do consenting contractual business in New York anymore without the courts taking a side when nobody asked them to. Furthermore, the punitive fine is so obviously exaggerated beyond normalcy it makes it clear to all that this is a personal vendetta and not actual justice. It most definitely is not an application of the fair rule of law.
Me saying it is not the same for you as for him is basically everything else around that.
Why stop at 400 million in damages.... when you could say.... 400 Billion! (insert Dr Evil laugh)

1) trump isn't like you or me. He is a billionaire and it is his company applying for the loans. The loan process for him is not the same as the same process they would follow for you.
Then you are extremely ignorant about how private banks work. Equifax and Experian apply to everyone, no matter what item walks into the pawn shop of loans. You might be thinking of a government institution where they just believe whatever is written on paper, but most certainly not a private bank. It doesn't matter who you are or what your name is, if a private bank loan officer approves a loan without asking for documents such as bank statements and credit history, they will be fired on the spot. It's not at all like a government institution where you just fill out a paper and you get money.

I would agree if Trump did that with a federal bank, or if he was filling out a welfare application, it would be fraudulent, because the federal government rarely ever cares about due diligence and internal assessments. But we are talking about a private seller of loans who has every responsibility to assess their own value because they would be out of business if they did not. Imagine being a pawn shop owner and suing every person coming in the door for fraud because they asked for more than what their item was worth. Literally nobody would ever visit that shop ever again. And O' Leary is right, not a single buyer would now dare to walk into the pawn shop of real estate banks in New York now that it is open season on non-establishment political supporters.

He fills out forms with the bank that says he owns 1 billion worth of property. Since his net worth is so much higher than the amount of the loan, they offer him good terms. a low interest rate.
Have you ever gone to a bank for a loan? Especially today in such a very tight lending market? There is zero chance such a scenario could go down as you describe.

Really? I am not into "gotcha" strawmans with you, as you are mostly genuine here. You said the plan was to prohibit people who could not get driver's licenses and accordingly the law would have to state that only a driver's license could be used as an ID for that to happen. I was simply asking for proof.

they would have 100 million more than they have now.
Unlikely, as if their own internal bank assessment was 100 million dollars higher than a rival bank's assessor, they would have probably been 300 million dollars poorer. All banks do their own assessment. Negotiations always start on extremes until a price is agreed upon between the buyer and the seller, otherwise most trades could never happen. The idea that Trump should not negotiate because to do so would be fraudulent is something out of a communist manifesto and a price fixing how-to guide.

You have to have engaged in it, not been convicted of it.
Which would be a violation of sec 1 if there is no due process for determining if you engaged in it.

To be convicted of insurrection, you need due process. the 14thA specifically says that.

Otherwise every person could be potentially an insurrectionist without due process.

Section 1 clearly outlines what happens before you can apply the punishments in Sec 3.

The idea is they want poor people from rural areas to vote, while preventing poor people from urban areas from voting. Requiring driver's licenses works perfectly to allow that kind of discrimination.
If you could show proof that there exists policies that would not allow a State ID in lieu of a driver's license, then perhaps your argument could hold water. I will await your sources and proof.

you're not very familiar with the constitution are you? It is very clear that you have to have engaged in insurrection. It does not require a charge or conviction for it. And it was written that way very intentionally.
Maybe before the 14th amendment was ratified, you could dubiously make that claim without constitutional scrutiny.

Your position violates both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.

The Fifth Amendment includes the principle of due process, which ensures that individuals cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. This means that before the government can take away someone's rights or impose penalties, there must be fair legal proceedings, including the right to a trial.

Similarly, the Fourteenth Amendment extends the protection of due process to the states, ensuring that individuals are treated fairly under state laws and legal proceedings.

Depriving someone of the right to a trial before being found guilty is a clear violation of due process rights guaranteed by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. These amendments ensure that even people like Trump have the opportunity to defend themselves and present their case in a fair and impartial legal process. If Obama can apply the 5th and 14th amendment to international foreign terrorists:(insurrectionists), then it must also apply to Trump who is an American citizen.

An Illinois TDS judge just joined the far-left states and vowed to nullify any vote for Trump in a bold violation of the 1965 voting rights act.

It would be funny if Trump refused to appeal the Judge's fiat and use the election result as a campaign slogan instead.

No way, I mean, how could I possibly challenge such brilliant arguments like "stereotyping keeps the majority safe from the minority", and "blacks are violent and dangerous", I'm just not smart enough to counter that with a sound argument backed by facts.
Instead of the usual strawmans, how about addressing real arguments. like:

1) Censorship keeps the minority far-left safe from the majority.
2) Blacks are culturally prone to violence and that violence culture is tolerated because any discussion about poor cultural beliefs about black on black crime, riot culture, fatherless families and gangster life is routinely censored to preserve a toxic culture that can't naturally thrive without censorship (strawmanning away the truth) and endless affirmative apologies.(It's those yeehaw MAGAS who dun it!)

Liberal Media MELTS DOWN Over SCOTUS GIVING TRUMP HUGE VICTORY As Woke Judge Removes Him From Ballot

Key takeaways:

1) Democrats wanted to use DOJ to nullify Trump on the ballot.
2) Scotus stepped in and took action.
3) Because of this, the trial will take place AFTER the election, assuming Trump loses in the Scotus (unlikely)
4) A likely President Trump will then have immunity anyway.
5) All the polls saying Biden might win if Trump is convicted before November are now meaningless and irrelevant, since there is no path for this to happen now.

40% of republican primary voters chose the Trump alternative. You can't seriously think this only goes one way.

"I know you are but what am I?" worked in third grade.
It actually doesn't work when you realize Trump isn't losing to "uncommitted" within his own party.

No matter how you try to spin this, losing 13 % of the DEMOCRAT vote in a key swing state means you will be seeing a lot more of the Orangeman if Biden is the nominee. These are Democrats who are clearly turned off by Biden, regardless of what the man on the TV says they have to feel.

Maybe next time don't run an old guy that doesn't do anything to stop the killing of 30,000 Muslims if you want to win key swing states?

You're talking about Biden and his cult right? I heard 13% of Democrats in Michigan voted for "uncommitted" in the latest primary.

Any guesses as to how many of those 13% are going to vote for Biden if he actually wins the nomination?

Guess Democrats are okay with throwing swing states away to honor the grand icecream poobah.
