No matter how much women get educated over Men, they will never be able to compete with men in high stress jobs like sanitation, construction, farmers, software developers, engineering, plumbing, law enforcement...etc... This is because Men are willing to do the same work for less pay than what a woman would demand. Likewise, a man would demand much higher wages to do a job that's more difficult and less fulfilling than it is for a woman, such as Nursing, Teaching, Social work, Human resources, Event planning, Public relations, (PR)Marketing and advertising, Healthcare administration, Nonprofit organizations, Psychology and counseling. Since women find these jobs much easier than a man, they will demand lower wages than a man would.
So no matter how egalitarian your society is, no matter how much training, you will never see 50% of the people building houses as women because women would expect to get paid an outrageous amount per hour to swing a hammer that a man would do for much less. You will never achieve equality of outcome because the genders are inherently unequal.

Peterson, a center-left Psychologist from Canada, cites the scientific studies that tracked egalitarian nations and found that the differences between the sexes were actually more, not less when people had the ultimate freedom to choose what they like to do despite aggressive cultural controls to equalize the 2 genders in Scandinavia.
It's actually not a new theory that Women tend to be interested in people and men tend to be interested in things. Psychologists have known that for a long time. But those unequal gender differences manifest themselves in the workplace which accounts for the different careers dominated by men and the careers dominated by women.

It just so happens that the people who commit such offenses are overwhelmingly right wing.
"Dangerous misinformation" was a term the corporate media made up to justify censorship of talk that threatened their stock prices. Especially defense industry stocks. And it was used extensively during the Iraq war. You are just seeing it a lot on the left wing media lately because Trump is dangerously close to ending the Ukraine war.

One can work the same job, same hours, complete the same "standards" and still a wage gap.
The problem is that "standards" are anything but.
Women's Basketball says the standard is dribbling a ball for 40 minutes. They should get paid for the same amount of dribbles as the men do.
Only a feminist would agree to this statement. Work output isn't measured in bean counting. Quality matters.
In fact, someone (female) could be the boss of their employee and the employee can still get paid more. Now if he was the boss, it would've been different.
The actual fact of the matter is that no man would be hirable if they demanded more pay for the same work, and would quickly be replaced by a woman who would work and provide the same exact work output for less pay. Regardless whether the boss is a man or a woman, the bottom line matters more than what is between your legs.

One of the least desirable people in America right now is a straight white man, encouraging people who can pass as non white to avoid being white, if they can get away with passing for a woman, they choose that as well.
The wage gap will always exist because women are not biologically wired to work hard to impress men. Men are wired the other way.
Some radicalized feminists actually do believe that men respect their hard work, but there is no man that chooses a life partner based on their earning potential.
Yet the opposite is most definitely true as no women will choose a life partner who has no earning potential.
The incentives are completely different, so a wage gap will always exist if wages are related to work output.

For example if you go into a crowded theater and shout "FIRE!!....
-you can say Fire if there is a fire.
-Women's advocacy teaches women to yell fire instead of rape since people don't react to claims of rape.
yelling help or rape may frighten potential witnesses or rescuers away, while yelling fire tends to draw a crowd.
Similarly if you say Biden is corrupt publicly and tending toward authoritarianism, and he is, then you are justified and not an actual insurrectionist (which is a word that is getting fast overused like racist use to be).
We have functioning tort laws to discourage actual harmful speech without arbitrary government intervention. I trust courts and juries over bought and paid for politicians.
No one wants to hang around in a space full of KKK members, or anti semites etc. Without the ability to regulate speech on their platform, any social media site is doomed to failure.
I get that, but the ratioing, the likes and dislikes, seem to have a way for many of the social media platforms to self-regulate what is acceptable. I particularly like the community guidelines and community notes on Twitter to push back on corporate propaganda narratives. Outsourcing the role of "light censorship" to the users themselves.

When Franklin Roosevelt first became President...
FDR admired Mussolini's economic Fascist policies and implemented a host of programs that had DC centrally manage the economy through tyrannical regulations to the point where you couldn't even consume what you grew on your own land.
Fascism made unions necessary to protect workers, independent farm owners, and small businesses from government regulations, but the common worker lost that war with overbearing regulations, licensures, and compliance laws. There's no need for the common worker to form unions now that the war oppressing the freedom to work is lost for many workers, and everyone is expected to work for one of the many corporate oligarchs without question.
And good luck striking against one of those giants. Their deep pockets can pay off any union boss, as the Rail strikers sadly found out when Biden ordered them back to work.
