It's not broken at all. Nature removes that urge at times, especially when the environment is overpopulated. It doesn't necessarily mean you are unfit to continue the species in an evolutionary sense.

Because you are lying about what individual Republican candidates are promising. It's also a lie to state individual candidates have no platform because the RNC has no platform. People can and often vote for their constituents before worrying about a party coalition. See Joe Manchin and Liz Cheney for clarification.

1) No new platform does not mean no platform. It means the platform has not changed.
2) Individual politicians have platforms outside of what the RNC wants. Some may be the same and some may be different.

Which does absolutely nothing to fix democracy where lobbyists control all legislation instead of the voters no matter who you elect.
We are stuck with the same broken system because there isn't a jail large enough to fit all the people who really destroyed American democracy over the past 80 years.
