One of the top ten states with the most restrictive gun laws in the country is Illinois, where last year there were 650 murders in Chicago alone, according to a USA Today's compilation of crime data.
In Maryland, another state with some of the strictest gun laws in the country, Baltimore had 343 murders last year and has highest per capita murder rate in the nation. The city was also just named the most dangerous city in America by USA Today.
Mind you, California has the toughest gun laws in the world.
We have also seen a huge rise in gun murders in select states with the recent defund the police bullshit as police stopped responding to calls due to low morale or low manpower.
The correlation between gun laws and murder isn't NEARLY as strong as the correlation between the high number of murders in a city and the low level of law enforcement in that city.

There was also a poll included of scientists from america that showed the consensus is that gun control is effective, and the correlation of murder with gun presence is also american studies/consensus
I mean you can cite opinion polls from international scientists all you want, but almost every urban murder capital in America is in fact a "gun free" city.

The use of the word "victim" is also another grounds for tossing the case out on legal grounds, By using the word victim as in victim of a crime, you are necessarily naming Kyle as a criminal when all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a jury, not a lawyer.
Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity with children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old. He was convicted of two amended counts as part of a plea deal.
This is why we can legally call Rosenbaum a Criminal.
That is why they use the term "alleged victim" before a jury reaches a verdict.

The thing is that the Judge not only scolded the prosecution but he withheld his comments about violating a witnesses 5th amendment rights saying "that's all I am going to say about this right now". It's clear he was likely going to say it was grounds for an appeal or dismissal on constitutional violations.
If the verdict comes back as guilty he might actually say it.

Another said: "We always validate the activities & legitimacy of accounts added on your likes/dislikes report. This is to make sure that our site metrics are free of spam."
It is not clear how YouTube determines whether engagement is authentic or spam. YouTube did not address the specific actions taken on the Psaki briefing video, which had 32,000 dislikes as of Jan. 25, and 7,700 likes.
So either you trust a multibillion dollar corporation, or you trust your own eyes and ears when you see the visibly vocal community upset with Brandon, and the polls reflect it. It's not like a multi-billion dollar tech giant has nothing to gain from pandering to an administration that grants exemptions from regulations.

As to your second point, I must educate you there— white supremacy is a global phenomenon. Even with whites in the minority, white supremacy could theoretically still reign. That said, there is an ideology which believes that whites reproducing with other whites (thus sustaining or increasing the current white population) is an act of white supremacy.
Point in fact, there are a significant number of Black skinned white supremacists in the world disrupting the natural order of things.
One of them was elected as Lt Governor of Virginia.
