@lady3keys
I have to say that right off the bat you are saying things about Biden that he didn't say.  The plan said, "Joe has fought for housing equity" and "He will end redlining and other discriminatory and unfair practices in the housing market".  He DID NOT SAY that housing was a right.

Go look at Biden's website. Literally all of his plan that you read is copy-pasted unedited from his campaign website.

Straighty from the exact link you posted.

It clearly says there Biden believes housing should be a right.

I only commented on the official postings of the policy plans he had on his website.

Here is it reposted for clarity in detail.

Note the actual phrase"housing should be a right"

This is why these Marxists get away with this shit, because people like you think it's just words, not a mandate.

The government currently provides tax-funded education for all people as they have done for over 100 years, but poor people still don't have a right to choose where they want to send their kids for education.

School choice will forever not be a fundamental right as long as the Democrats maintain more than 40 seats in the Senate and a majority in the house.

Until they can fix this obvious problem, they can hold off on all the other goodies and rights they wanna redistribute through their Marxist plans.

End Violence Against WomenJoe will build on the landmark Violence Against Women Act, which he wrote and championed, by expanding the safety net for survivors and changing the culture that enables sexual violence. He will support the diverse needs of survivors of violence against women by expanding grants for culturally-specific services, making existing federal programs for victims more responsive to the unique needs of different communities, investing in the well-being of adolescent girls of color, strengthening investment in alternative justice approaches, and combating the epidemic of violence against transgender women of color.
Alternative justice? Another one of those head scratcher terms. Kinda hard to appear for law and order if you believe in alternative laws and alternative justice... A scary proposition for a person whose job and responsibility is to make sure laws are followed as Congress writes them.

This Act is about 25 years old now. Expanding this ACT while also campaigning for prison reform is a head scratcher. Attempts to make this act with harsher penalties and widening the scope of coverage is only going to flood the prisons back up. ACLU has been back and forth on this one for good reason.

So there you have it. Not a single original plan from Biden (as expected) except for free trade schooling.
40 more years of the same.

With the sole exception of 2 years of free trade schooling for "hard workers", which Biden failed to put a price tag on, we already know how this story plays out.

4 more years of 40 years of failed Biden policies.

@lady3keys
Let's go over line by line of the rehashing of the failed policies of 40 years ago so I can slowly explain to you exactly why they have failed for the past 40 years.

Create Wealth in the Black Community. Through his policies from education to housing, Joe will ensure that Black families can build and sustain wealth for themselves and their communities. Because homeownership is key to building wealth, he will ensure first time homebuyers are able to get $15,000 in federal down payment assistance. He will invest over $70 billion in HBCUs and other MSIs, and on top of that provide loan forgiveness that works for public servants. And, Joe will double funding for the State Small Business Credit Initiative to $3 billion to assist small businesses, especially those owned by people of color.
First off, handing out money for securing a mortgage housing with monthly payments that people cannot afford is what caused the Bush housing bubble crisis, so that's an insane policy to keep pushing. If you want better housing for poor people, give them better job opportunities, and relax draconian building regulations.

Investing in HBCU is a good thing, but Biden didn't do that under the Obama administration. Trump has already done that so if you support HBCU funding, then you support Trump.

Loan forgiveness for public servants is a stupid idea. It's rewarding people to become dependant on government jobs and destroying incentives for job creation in the private sector,  which by definition, limits opportunities. This is the opposite of what needs to happen in poor communities.
Not to mention loan forgiveness and easy credit is also the exact same policy that caused the housing bubble crash. If you can't make the payments, getting a loan easier doesn't actually solve poverty. We don't need a double down of policies from 20 years ago with Barney Frank schemes.

Invest in our Communities through HousingJoe has fought for housing equity throughout his career and believes housing should be a right. He will build new and repair existing affordable housing and draw housing and community development capital to low-income communities. He will end redlining and other discriminatory and unfair practices in the housing market. And, he will protect tenants from eviction. Joe will expand funding for shelters and other homelessness programs.

Yeah...housing should be a right... why not food? What about water? Energy? Healthcare? Shit, everything we consume should be a "right" Let's just take what we want.
Power to the people. I shouldn't have to explain why this is a terrible idea. It goes completely against the idea that the government should be protecting private property, not reallocating private property. It's been tried in every failed socialist country since Lenin's first failures 100 years ago.

Protect and Build on ObamacareJoe believes that every American should have access to affordable and quality health care. 3 million uninsured, non-elderly Black Americans gained coverage under Obamacare by the time President Obama and Vice President Biden left office. He will give Americans a new choice to purchase a public health insurance option like Medicare. He will automatically enroll individuals in the public option, without a premium, who would be eligible for Medicaid but for their state’s unwillingness to take up the Obamacare Medicaid expansion. He will stand up to abuse of power by prescription drug corporations. And, he will reduce our nation’s unacceptably high maternal mortality rate, which disproportionately affects black women. He will double America’s investment in community health centers and ensure enforcement of mental health parity laws and expand funding for mental health services. And, he will make an unprecedented investment in research to find cures for diseases like cancer, Alzheimer’s, and diabetes.

Reducing drug prices is a good thing, but sadly again, Trump has already done that. So if you support low priced drugs, you support Trump.
We already tried replacing private coverage with Obamacare, and it became wildly unpopular when the public discovered Obama lied about keeping your health insurance.
Biden's plan on healthcare is completely uncreative. There were at least 5 different new healthcare plans that promised to be better than Obamacare that were showcased throughout the Democratic Primaries from Warren, Harris, Yang, and others. Biden chose none of that and wants us to turn the clock back to a failed policy. Hardly progressive.

Invest in our Students and EducatorsJoe will triple Title I funding, which goes to schools with a high percentage of low-income students. These funds must first be used to ensure teachers are paid competitively, three- and four-year olds have access to pre-school, and districts offer rigorous coursework at all their schools. Joe will double the number of mental health professionals in schools, build the best, most innovative schools in the country in Black communities, other communities of color, and low-income communities, and expand the community school model. He will fund improvements to our public school buildings so they are free from environmental contaminants and equipped with the newest technology. And, he will invest in innovative approaches to recruiting teachers of color and reinstate the Obama-Biden actions to diversify schools.
Throwing money at failing schools hasn't worked for 40 years. Biden is also on record as being against school choice, so there's nothing new about his proposals. More of the same failed policies of the last 40 years. Throw money at failing schools, then blame systemic racism for the inevitable failures. Moving on...

Support Education Beyond High School. Joe will provide two years of community college or other high-quality training program without debt for any hard-working individual. He will help tackle barriers, such as child care and transportation costs, that prevent students from completing their community college degree or training credential. He will also make a $50 billion investment in workforce training. And, he will create a “Title I for postsecondary education” to help students at under-resourced four-year schools complete their degrees. Joe will rectify the funding disparities faced by HBCUs and other minority-serving institutions by investing over $70 billion in them to lower students’ costs, establish research centers, strengthen graduate programs, build high-tech labs, and more.

I'd be interested to hear the final price tag for this generous welfare program. Also, you only have to say you are a hard-working individual to get these 2 free years of trade school at taxpayer expense? I'd like to see that application form. Check yes or no..are you hard working?

Invest in a Clean Energy Revolution and Environmental JusticeWe cannot turn a blind eye to the way in which environmental burdens and benefits have been and will continue to be distributed unevenly along racial and socioeconomic lines. Joe will invest $1.7 trillion over the next ten years in a clean energy revolution, creating 10 million good-paying jobs. He will stand up to the abuse of power by polluters who disproportionately harm Black communities and hold those polluters accountable. As president, Joe will reinstate federal protections, rolled back by the Trump Administration, that were designed to protect these communities.

Back to the same old failed policies. Obama gambled with billions of taxpayer money on failed solar companies that eventually went bankrupt, mostly due to China and Obama being very stupid about how the business market works. Both Biden and Obama are law degree holders. You don't want them anywhere near a business prospectus where the taxpayer takes all the losses. Also "environmental justice" is one of those cool-sounding terms until you think about it past one minute. Then it's a real head-scratcher. Right up there with "economic justice"

Make a Transformational Investment in our Country’s Infrastructure. Joe will invest $1 trillion over ten years to rebuild our roads, bridges, railway, freight, and ports. Joe will boost federal investments in low-income neighborhoods, which bear the brunt of our nation’s decaying infrastructure, to ensure that every American has access to clean drinking water, transportation that connects them to jobs, high-speed broadband, safe schools, and affordable housing. To tackle poverty, he will support applying Congressman James Clyburn’s 10-20-30 formula to all federal programs, which would allocate 10% of funding to counties “where 20% or more of the population has been living below the poverty line for the last 30 years.”

Obama already tried the "shovel ready" programs where the government attempted to create jobs. Obviously that same old program isn't going to work. All DC can do is send federal funds to local areas, but all those local areas have been habitually wasting federal funds for the past 40 years on infrastructure. Biden might promise that this year it will be different, but color me skeptical. I think DeBlasio's wife managed to "lose" almost a billion dollars in infrastructure money earmarked for New York recently? Par for the course.

Strengthen the Right to Vote. Joe will strengthen our democracy by guaranteeing that every American’s vote is protected. He will start by restoring the Voting Rights Act and then ensuring the Justice Department challenges state laws suppressing the right to vote. He will support automatic voter registration, same-day voter registration, and other steps to make exercising one’s right to vote easier. He will support an end to gerrymandering and will protect our voting booths and voter rolls from foreign powers that seek to undermine our democracy and interfere in our elections.

Gerrymandering is 100% up to the Congress, the president can't do anything about that, but it's nice that he thinks he can. At least he isn't openly insisting on ballot harvesting on his site. Good.

Strengthen America’s Commitment to JusticeOur criminal justice system cannot be just unless we root out the racial, gender, and income-based disparities in the system. Joe will create a $20 billion competitive grant program to spur states to focus on prevention and reduce incarcerated populations, inspired by a Brennan Center proposal. He will expand and use the power of the Justice Department, under authority created by legislation he authored, to address systemic misconduct in police departments and prosecutors’ offices. Joe will also invest in public defenders’ offices, eliminate the death penalty and mandatory minimums, and end the federal crack and powder cocaine disparity. He will decriminalize the use of cannabis and automatically expunge all cannabis use convictions, end incarceration for drug use alone, and expand effective alternatives to detention. He will end cash bail and private prisons. Joe will invest $1 billion per year in juvenile justice reform. He will also set a goal of ensuring 100% of formerly incarcerated individuals have housing upon reentry and expand access to mental health and substance use disorder treatment, as well as educational opportunities and job training during and after incarceration.

Everything here, Trump has already done... moving on...

It is a common thing because it at least hints at the truth.  This is about opportunity.  The more opportunities you have, the better you behave.

Then why aren't you helping Trump make more policies to build the black family back up with prison and welfare reforms and economic opportunity zones?

Oh and police reform. (of course)

And after 2020 Trump has promised to end the systemic segregation of black kids by enforcing school choice for black parents.

Don't black kids deserve more opportunities instead of 40 more years of failed Biden policies that encourage single parent families, high school dropout, and generational poverty?

Man is way too opportunistic and adaptable to care about optimizing every square inch of earth for human life.

Which is a good thing, because optimizing the planet for human life is probably a terrible thing for the ecosystem. Humans already can't figure out if it's okay for one species to be saved at the expense of another. Usually they let anthropomorphism guide their hamfisted attempts at terraforming the planet, which is insanely dangerous for the future of the life on the planet.

I did not become pregnant as a teen.

Then maybe you should stop talking about those people as if you went through what they did. Cause clearly "gasseous invisible racism" didn't cause you to choose to become a teen mother like they chose.

You are describing poverty not cultural or racial characteristics.

Nah fam. Being a teen mom is a choice. You don't become a teen mom because you don't have any money. You do it because the culture you were raised in expects you to become a WAP teen mom.

But of course, unconscious bias from Western culture is making them choose this. Duh.........

With WAP mothers like Cardi B, who needs enemies?

48 percent of non-Hispanic black women get pregnant before age twenty.  Of this group, 97 percent are unmarried and have little recognizable means of financial or emotional support.  Less than 23 percent of fathers remain in the lives of the child, or offer any financial assistance.  Sadly, more than a quarter of teen mothers will be pregnant again less than two years after giving birth the first time.

Trump has been President for 4 years and there are still high-school dropouts.  I very much doubt that the number of single-parent households would drop significantly no matter who ended up as President.

Well if Trump is to be held against the Biden standard, he has another 36 years in DC before people decide he can't actually change anything.
Single parent homes raising high school dropout thugs that resist arrest aint exactly a classical American tradition.

That was a problem that emerged in the 1960's and is now at a point where you have to be incredibly lucky to be born and raised into a successful culture as a minority in America. The vast majority of Black people are born into a cultural environment where they are taught from the cradle how to be a proper gangster, dropping out of high school, fucking that WAP, and making babies in their teen years instead of getting a job or investing in themselves. But of course, unconscious bias from Western culture is making them do this. Duh.........

Thanks for being such a great role model for minorities Cardi B.

It means our American culture has been "systematically" built to support our various Caucasian races  --- some intentionally, others unintentionally.  And after all the misery perpetrated on the "black culture" over the decades, they have passed serious emotional problems down through the generations as well.

So what is the solution,

1) integrate Blacks into Western Culture?
2) integrate Whites into African Culture?
3) Maintain the status quo and blame the failures of hip-hop African culture on "invisible gaseous racism"?

I'm guessing you will go with option 3.

I don't think most minorities have even assimilated into the European "hard work, Christian, family values" culture (Asians are pretty close, but their home cultures are hard working too). People are tribal and the vast majority will reject other race's cultures and embrace their own. I can't think of one non-homogenous country that isn't also multicultural.

Even the NMAAHC described "individualism, hard work is key to success, nuclear family" as being "White" culture.

A lot of this problem slowing integration was due to 1800's systemic segregation policies.

Today we still have some systemic segregation policies (no school choice, welfare based on color and affirmative action based on color, police no-go zones) but it's not nearly as bad as the Jim Crow laws.

The real problem is that there are no policies supporting integration into Asian and European culture. In fact, Asian and European culture today are directly blamed for the failure of African culture, and the opposite is encouraged. (see BLM manifesto on disrupting the western family structure), as if the integration of whites and brown people into African culture is the "real solution" to disparities (at least the tribalistic Marxist part of African culture)

The reality is that disparities and inequalities will ALWAYS exist in a nation of competing cultures and ideologies. Some ideas just work better than others. In the world of Darwin, wars usually settle the inequalities when Democracy fails to declare a winner of the culture Olympics.

The salad bowl is much easier to control and manipulate than the melting pot.

Lockdowns were 100% predicated on bad science.

"Imperial College epidemiologist Neil Ferguson was behind the highly disputed research that sparked the mass culling of eleven million sheep and cattle during the 2001 outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease. He also predicted that up to 150,000 people could die. There were fewer than 200 deaths. . . .
In 2002, Ferguson predicted that up to 50,000 people would likely die from exposure to BSE (mad cow disease) in beef. In the U.K., there were only 177 deaths from BSE.
In 2005, Ferguson predicted that up to 150 million people could be killed from bird flu. In the end, only 282 people died worldwide from the disease between 2003 and 2009.
In 2009, a government estimate, based on Ferguson’s advice, said a “reasonable worst-case scenario” was that the swine flu would lead to 65,000 British deaths. In the end, swine flu killed 457 people in the U.K.
Last March, Ferguson admitted that his Imperial College model of the COVID-19 disease was based on undocumented, 13-year-old computer code that was intended to be used for a feared influenza pandemic, rather than a coronavirus. Ferguson declined to release his original code so other scientists could check his results. He only released a heavily revised set of code last week, after a six-week delay.

So the real scandal is: Why did anyone ever listen to this guy?"

The data just reaffirms just how bad and flawed that "science" was that we were supposed to "listen to"

BLM was created in response to Trump's America.
Typical spin, blaming the past and avoiding current  truths.

Your post demonstrates the very real effect of the Orwellian censorship of the truth through elite funded media outlets.  BLM was uniquely an Obama problem stoked through his support of Alinsky, critical race theory, social justice, and reaffirmed with the Cambridge police incident. Way before 2016 while Trump was still doing pizza commercials.

Any reasonable, thinking person would know something was totally fucked up when the media declared Biden "scandal free" in 2015

attempting to stimulate a huge U.S social shift.

You say this from an outsider viewpoint that Marxism is the default American state. Another prime example of Orwellian misinformation through the Ministries of "truth"

Sweden’s coronavirus cases have hit a new low, with health experts claiming that the country has benefitted from its decision to not go into lockdown during the first wave.
Out of the more than 120,000 tests carried out by Sweden  in the last week, only 1.3 per cent had the virus, according to media reports.

Countries with a lockdown are now feeling the pain Sweden had in the 1st few months, prolonging the inevitable while destroying their economies.

Sometimes it's better to get it over with quickly instead of peeling off the bandaid slowly. At-risk people were always going to die. Lockdown or no lockdown. It's just a matter of time.
