Pro concedes. At the same time, he forfeits one more round than Con. Arguments and conduct to Pro because of the aforementioned reasons.

Con gave a unconvincing argument, all of which are rebutted by Pro. However, Con does not rebut any of this.
Con failed to provide any sources to support his claim, unlike Pro.
Con started off with a argument accusing Pro of something he never claimed with two errors. These are the words beileve and thats. Believe is spelt like this: B-E-L-I-E-V-E. I suppose that Con was trying to write that's instead of thats (I don't know if it's a spelling error or he simply forgot to type the apostrophe).
Con also forfeited most of the rounds, which is poor conduct.
As a result, I have to give all the points to Pro (I've no other choice).

I felt that both of them were very rude to each other. I could've piled their vulgarities sky-high. I also thought that Con had better flow and rhyme scheme integrity, much like RationalMadman.
