why my system work: my system does 3 things first up it makes the total fairness economic state and average persons life and freedom all increase (why there 3 because it's fair if everyone dies in an equally high amount of torture doesn't make it good it's good for the total economy if we enslaved 95% of people and it's both fair and good for the economy is we enslave everyone in 16 hour work shifts thats why we need quality of life and freedom because it's a fundumental right) and you can probobly agree with me on all 4 also I am not arguing my system I perfect I am arguing its optimal aka the lesser of 2 evils
rebuttals (in the millions): okay first up the obvious and easy ones their brain development is not an excuse the brain doesn't finish until 25 so a 19y old should still be in parental custody plus crime wise there are 3 categories criminals only in childhood, adulthood, both the both category is by far the biggest and the only in childhood category isn't much bigger then the only adult category wich is explainable by lesser punishment for the entire buffet of they are less responsible less smart less X factor... under that logic lets only give the elites in those categories/in all categories together freedom and all that dropout wise sure some will drop out but I expect most to go to the obviously incentivized category exploitation wise sure more people will be exploitable but according to that logic no one should be in adult mode okay housing wise there's absolutely zero issue the child will pay rent to their parents or if their parents are exploitive to a landlord (most parents will be nice and either let them live with them for free or for rent the rest are a small enough category to not saturate the housing economy too much)

my proposal: a near complete redesign of the current system first up theres gonna be a test not an intelegence test but rather a test can meaningfully exercise adult rights (in case you agree with me on the system but not on the test I'm open to suggestions) in case anyone or anything living passed they are now legally in adult status minus the fact that they get some compensation for being biologically inferior like needing more sleep until they pass the test they operate identically to the current system where their parents have full legal custody over them and they must go to school... but when they pass they are in legal adult status meaning they have 3 major options though 1 is the one I will try to incentivize most to choose first up they can remain in normal school but becuse their parents no longer need to feed them directly instead the parents have to give the amount of money for food water shelter... and basic comforts to a computer running a deterministic open sourced script not ai with a banking api that if the child goes to school they just get that money directly if however they choose to work they earn what they earn plus 33% of that food money 33% goes to the parents and the rest to the government finally there's the recommended option where they go to a speacialised school and say they choose being a cook they work at a restaurant part time and part time learn same for programming also when they finish they get promised a job offer assuming they don't refuse to work or be violent or whatever money wise the government artificially adds money in the loop so in the end the parent gets back 40% and the child 50% as if they were working full time now for exploitation the way i see it if they sign a contract knowingly and willingly thats on them plus if we ban people from signing those people will do the opposite to rebel then in case they don't know contracts with net material (money plus time plus resources) gains of over 30% to 1 side are labeled 1 sided 25-30 thats left to a human reviewer under 25% thats okay now we let people sign these contracts because who knows maybe a mother wants to give her child something and then that's obviously 1 sided plus same rebellion thing in case their pressured into it it's revocable 30 days after being signed no questions asked (please note that then everything returns to what it was meaning if you signed a contract for a million dollar dish and are it you still have to pay) also yes adult rights come with adult accountability so yes they do go to adult jail now passing the test wise it's conducted for free after a 3 day course with a lawyer in schools or you can sign anybody or anything sentient up for 200 dollars (though the anything sentient part is besides the point I do belive that a frog that passes deserves adult rights but either way for the button ignore this) also when you pass you get a redeem adult mode ticket not a you are now officially an adult letter and you can always come back to child mode though you cannot be in debth you are still criminally liable for what you did in adult mode and for what you do in the next month and you can't come back for a year (I have to paste it in pieces due to size limit)
