Bestiality - Should be an easy vote since my opponent entirely dropped one of my arguments throughout the debate even after he has been made aware of this.

Not sure if you're trolling mate, but you seem to be seeking a lot of external validation. You might want to focus on internal validation and making sure that your achievements in real life are consistent with your self-image.

I appreciate the tag, but like Franklin I'm temporarily occupied with final exams

You should challenge blamonkey to a debate, I'd love reading that once I'm done with exams.

I'm hoping blamonkey will be #1. His debates are high-quality, educational, enjoyable to read and as far as I can tell he's one of the best if not the best debaters on this site.

>Reason for Mod Action: As both debaters forfeited an equal number of rounds, it is not appropriate to award points to either debater. The voter cannot vote for the forfeiting side of a full forfeit. In this case, both are the "forfeiting sides."
This should also apply to your vote.

I doubt popular vote will select me as the roastee due to my lack of activity in comparison to debaters such as RM but I want to be able to say that I have been here from the start ;)
I consent to be insulted as part of the Dart roast group.

A short outline of different debating formats, possibly a list of a few popular debating resolutions with clear wording (e.g. as presented here: https://www.speechanddebate.org/topics/) and perhaps a list of "good" example debates.

Sure, feel free to tag me in all non-troll/irrelevant topic debates and easy votes (ff, concession or below 2500 words in total).
I'm currently reading your debate about the Nordic Model with Speedrace and like the new style so far, the gish gallop in the debate about Christianity being inherently irrational was a bit over the top though.

Go for quality over quantity and take the #1 back

It would be great if you added the function to delete votes after a debate has finished to prevent trolling and insufficient votes causing unfair losses.
I have, for example, "lost" this debate: https://www.debateart.com/debates/756 due to an insufficient vote by "raaron" and I have requested that the debate be deleted to clean my record. However, I would naturally much prefer it if the insufficient vote was simply deleted and I got the fair win.
Similarly, MagicAintReal, lost this debate: https://www.debateart.com/debates/525 due to four spam votes being cast shortly before the debate ran out.
Technically, any user could easily create ten spam accounts and vote shortly before his losing debate runs out and thereby reach number 1 on the leaderboard and all the mods and admins could do is to question the user how these votes came about and possibly delete the debate after an investigation has been conducted.
DART should introduce the function to delete votes after a debate's voting period has ended to ensure a fair experience of all users.

@TheRealNihilist
That would definitely make it easier to see the ranks of people that aren't right at the top.

@Barney
Because I completely forgot about that possibility since I write all of my debates in a word document due to the formatting bug in DART's editor

Congratulations, I doubt anyone's got more than you. I think you might actually have more points than all three of us combined

My money is on Speedrace, as far as I can tell none of his votes have been deleted and he's pretty active. You're likely doing well too, I keep seeing you grab the first vote on every new debate

I'm glad you didn't post that song in our music battle, it's pretty dope

I'd appreciate a vote on either debate, especially from experienced debaters that are willing to share some constructive feedback with me.
Can we know anything to be 100% True?
There is no god
5 points for each debate are still available for those participating in the debate voting competition.

Will the event start as soon as you officially give us the go in this post, or does any vote after 8 am EST count?

I'm in. Seems like a pretty good tourny for the DART community
