January 6th Hearings
The FBI's internal metrics for determining threat scale and magnitude are based entirely on their "infiltrating" a "cell" of "extremists" who are "threats to national security."  It's not that the bureau is inherently politically biased, but these entrapment schemes are how they justify their asks for increasingly wasteful budgets year after year after year.  Comey perfected this comical exercise.
I see, FBI and not CIA? Interesting. So, who is going to stop pedos and major threats to society when FBI disappear or are wittled, just curious what your theory is if their funding is throttled.

The degree of non-democratic 'reach' the people lack over leadership has been an integral part of all religious leadership styles but by far the most consistently severe is Sharia.

Sri Lankans aren't killing much at all, instead while the Tamils were branded terrorists (and some indeed were)  during a very long and tenuous civil war, few in the Western world know the other side of the story, the Sinhalese leadership were psychopathic and have a lot to answer for, now after further corruption pisses off even the Sinhalese, the Rajakapaksas are running and hiding like the vermin they are.

this is a very important post from you and is the reason TERFs are not full of hatred but genuinely are concerned that literally no women-only spaces can exist anymore.

The funny thing is men-only spaces were considered taboo to make as early as around 2009ish.

A huge amount is, yes, for instance the entire Afghanistan fiasco was due to a serious of dumbass decisions Trump did to both piss off the whole middle east and then promise to pull out, enabling Taliban overthrow.

A huge amount of problems with how America handled Covid is due to Trump delivering disinformation schemes to appeal to lunatics that lived just long enough to make the vote near 50/50 and dropped like flies dead after the election thanks to Trump's shitty 'pump malaria medicine' let alone bleach type advice.

The Sri Lanka overthrow is the best thing to happen to Sri Lanka since the Tamils lost the fight fight for their seceded nation of Tamil Eelam. I am not sure you have any idea how corrupt the ousted fucktard war crime leader Rajakapsa and his family have been, they ruined Sri Lanka (but previous leaders before the brother of the ousted one were also ruining Sri Lanka).

What is a female?
Actually 'whore' and 'slut' are gender roles too but I feel that will be bad to bring up here as they connote insults and demeaning tone when in reality they mean a woman who is very sexually active and passionate and shouldn't be insulting.

@ILikePie5
Comes down entirely to semantics. I am in agreement with you anyway. This is the whole problem with the way the current definitions are. The gender of 'woman' is defined as 'adult human female' and 'female' is solely about sex, not gender, no matter what the fuck the cancel culture says about that.

So, until a word is invented to refer to the gender role females play, such as lady but perhaps a less posh and classy one as to be a lady you need to be well-spoken, very fashionable and wealthy, we basically have only 'lady', 'madam', 'ma'am' and/or 'miss/ms/mrs' as the words for a woman that are gender based and not sex-based which is not quite how we are using them (as in we use woman the way we should be using 'lady' etc).

I totally understand the confusion. Not gonna defend the cancel culture bullshit happening either.

I have no issue with people crossdressing and being unlike gender norms but when society is dictating that even passports and official IDs need to use the term gender when meaning sex and then conform M or F (not M vs W for adults or B vs G for underage) then we really are in an age of bullshit.

great answer

how do you propose we moderate conflicts (and shape policy) when two or more people disagree about how they personally feel about a particular situation ?
Well, genius, that depends on the situation. You are trying to make me seem like a hypocrite or something and it is easy to do that when you have no clue how to defend your own stance.

For instance, you didn't defend your pig point the moment I called you out on it.

Emotions and subjectivity are integral to morality, if you are asking why I am not a psychopath, the core answer is entirely subjective and to do with how plagued with shame and regret I'd feel (more so than guilt, self-loathing) if I kept operating in a way that makes me feel I am a scumbag, deep down.

I find that the more the internal foundation of a moral framework is based on ideas, the more the outside if logically incoherent and fragile, leading to a person being impossible to reason with or adapt to a situation and rethink the net-good vs net-evil equation of their aciton and inaction. In contrast, the more the internal foundation is simply based on empathy and care, the more the logic built upon and around that is able to accurately use the inner compass to guide through a complex world.

In other words, there is a lot of logic to my own morality but the foundation is as simple as feelings and subjective empathy.

Unless you are suggesting we legally mandate veganism, please stop the moral grandstanding, it seems pathetic to an onlooker and only makes the pro-choice side seem intentionally hypocritical.

If you are not for legally mandated veganism, I can only assume you wish to legalise murder and cannibalism. That is the only coherent alternative to the consistency between ypue views, that I can fathom other than nitpicking vegetarianism vs veganism.

Do u change your mind much from debating?
No and this is an issue I have with people who preach 'openmindedness' as a core value.

I was openminded, I came to my conclusions and they are correct. Very rarely (not 'never', 'rarely' is not the same thing) I have a life-changing event or listen to a life-changing speech etc that alters my view on a matter that I had the strong opposite outlook on.

It's rare, it's happened and most of the time nowadays, I'm just fucking correct or wrong for the right reasons and just need to tweak my theorising to apply it to a specific study or situation.

It's not arrogance if you really are smart enough and I don't value my intelligence that highly. I have emotional temperament issues that I will lifelong handle and battle, I don't know what others say but battling chronic sadness, anger and jealousy isn't easy and the hardest part is typing it in a place like this right now without feeling too much fear posting it.

I am a negative person deep down, I can say life broke me and it really kind of did but I was always a very 'alert' being, which has its plusses and its minuses. I have flaws is my point, I'm also ridiculously gifted at comprehending ideas on a deep level. Take from that what you will.

NFL Fantasy team formation is already happening since ending of June even I think but definitely since July began, the longer training camps go, the more you're kind of 'cheating' as you're armed with more information and can choose more foolproof without needing wise bench decisions to backup injuries etc.

The way Trump dominated votes is very similar to how shitstain Boris Johnson did AKA winning seats while losing the 'popular' vote and dominating primarily due to people sitting home and not voting.

The apathy that the seat system brings is even rational, not just emotional. Nobody likes knowing their vote means fuck all of their vote isn't for the winner of their local area.

Calling it 'democracy' to not have a pluralistic vote or proportional representation in this day and age is an absolute joke.

Why is it that people who are right-wing tend to use the term gaslight very wrong? I've noticed this with Lunatic on here and others elsewhere.

Gaslighting is not just about rephrasing something, it's about making people think they are insane. Gaslighting could be, for instance, how they keep telling us 'he isn't showing signs of dementia' when moments like 'end of quote, repeat the line' being said out loud blatantly imply it.

What you call gaslighting is the part that isn't, you're reacting strongly to the part that's less important, 'or' or 'and/or' is hardly the focus.

I don't see any gaslighting, I see a man riddled with dementia reading his transcripter too literally when he says 'end of quote, repeat the line'.

And/or or or is hardly a malicious alteration. It was probably an idea for them to gramatically correct a quote that did have an error in limiting to 'or'.

It has been psychologically researched by the people behind things like Facebook and YouTube, that having a dislike button has a net-negative effect on the community and environment, in contrast having a like button and people lacking likes is a net-positive form of negative feedback that tends to constructively lead to higher participation and productivity from the content creators and contributors.

I am not surprised that YT got rid of its dislike button, not even slightly shocked. I was actually surprised that they kept it for so long.

and all your 'energy' is coming from making your body go through what a person experiencing severe stress and starvation undergoes where their body begins to feed on its fat reserves.

It also doesn't make sense you filling on fruit as ketosis happens more efficiently in an environment of heavy protein intake dominating the diet.

It is in a way good to be having some fruit so at least the fructose is helping your body 'cope' but note that fructose is a source of energy that doesn't assist a complex human brain nearly a well as glucose does, you will literally be experiencing your brain slowing down soon if you haven't already and memory depletion etc.

I mean I don't want to discuss mental health but the fact is based on what I think, Ebuc has much more of a genuine excuse to be this incoherent and volatile than even some other members on this board let alone people IRL (and no, I don't mean more on the left-wing side I mean on both).

If Ebuc can run around these forums calling people 'virtual rapists' and constantly berate them, I can say I forgive Ebuc for being what I presume is moderately schizophrenic and struggling to follow the logic other's present without reverting back to his/her/their inner monologue.

I also understand that abortion is a necessary evil personally, since I'd rather kill a fetus in the first couple of months it is being formed in the womb of a mother that will just not be good for him/her/them (have to add them since we are in a severe LGBT age and English lacks a non-dehumanising pronoun equivalent to 'it'), since the odds are the fucked up foster care system and world at large will hurt it severely even if she doesn't drink and do drugs with him/her/them inside her. It's also important to note that mentally anxious and sad, as well as angry mothers hormonally influence the fetus in the womb to become prone to the said temperament. If you ever noticed one sibling has a very different temperament to another, it's probably due to differences in the mother while pregnant with them more than genetic differences or even raising differences (yes, that's how severely it can effect based on still incomplete research).

It has been nearly irrefutably proven that being very stressed out and anxious as a mother while pregnant will almost definitely make the offspring prone to it but it's hypothesised that all emotions affect, stress/anxiety are just the most blatant.

I’ve Started The Keto Diet Within The Past Week.
Neal Barnard, MD, FACC, an adjunct professor of medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine and a co-author of the study, tells Verywell that keto diets contain the types of foods that are associated with cancer risks.

A keto diet emphasizes the consumption of animal products while limiting many nutrient-rich vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. As a result, keto is low in many vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

Restricting carbohydrates prior to or during pregnancy is linked with increased risks of birth defects and gestational diabetes, the researchers found. Since 40% of pregnancies in the United States are unplanned, a low-carbohydrate diet is considered risky for anyone who could become pregnant.3

Barnard adds that most human beings are prone to risks associated with a highly restrictive keto diet. “If a cat eats meat every day for the cat’s whole life, she’ll never get a heart attack,” he says. “If you eat meat for a week, your cholesterol levels are going to go up in many cases and you may get heart disease.”

constipation.

  • nausea.

  • headaches.
  • a low tolerance for exercise.

Those are just the short-term ones.

I will tell you what I told Wylted, it is absolutely toxic and a horrible diet. Your brain is going to barely get any nutrition and stomach and mouth will be so acidic it can long-term damage your ability to digest foods, changing the structure of your body to become resistance to protein.

All murder is horrific.  Again, you and your perverted virtual rapist friends lack the empathy and compassion for a air breathing pregnant woman and only focus and on the the non-air breathing fetus/baby that is and organism of the pregnant woman. Read my lips/text, the non-breathing fetus/baby is not an organism of you or your perverted virtual rapists friends, ergo, keep your friggin nose out of the pregnant womans body. Your a sick-n-head fundamentlist freak from the friggin dark ages.

Using individual exceptions to disprove a macroscopic pattern? That is unbecoming of a debater at your level. I think this just means your sense of humor, etc, are different from others. You have the right to determine what is funny or not for yourself, but you don't have the right to determine that for other people.
You weren't talking about a pattern.

There is no trend, no strong correlation between quality of post and the likes it gets, your OP here is proof of that on its own. It's a lot more about where the thread is, who it addresses and how one goes about pleasing the audience or not.

You said this:

I believe it is better if how valuable a post is is determined by how many likes it has, rather than whether if it has any likes.
To which I have continually explained my issue with it only for you to pretend I am denying a pattern/trend which is the very thing I am saying is not a trend nearly as strongly correlated as you are implying.

I would like you to go to a forum thread that has many likes in it and ignore the like counter if you can, I want you to rank the posts in terms of quality, even factoring in entertainment value. Then I want you to look at the likes, you will most likely be shocked. Even if you are not shocked, I couldn't care less.

I do not have to conform to the tastes of others, you are correct. I do not thank the inflater of likes that has ruined what it means to get one, it makes the achievement/medal so damn empty.
