Kyle took a gun that has ended his friend with a ruined life and reputation for one straw purchase (a punishable crime meant for mass straw purchasers), he posed as an EMT, claimed to be a fire fighter in intent and then ended up acting like a wannabe soldier or cop. It is entirely his doing where he ended up, however I must concede that where he ended up was undeniably self-defence albeit overkill on Rosenbaum.

According to Kyle there is.
He says he is pro-BLM and that he is grateful that he had the representation he had and empathises with those of other races who may get both poorer representation and bias.
In a way, even if he's being fake there I like what he said in the interview. It shows he realises that had he been someone who was Latino or Black with said gun in the exact same scenario, it is very possible he'd have been found guilty on at least one charge and no doubt the right-wing media wouldn't have had his back nearly as much, though he didn't mention that part.

Loophole abusers maybe get away with what they did, their friends who made a straw purchase? Not so much.
I wonder what this friend will say when his life gets ruined by that on his record, about the glorious 'oh so innocent' Kyle Rittenhouse. One may wonder why this innocent guy who really wasn't seeking out trouble used a firearm he knew his friend would get arrested for purchasing, posed as an EMT went closer and closer to the violent vandals and looters... Just to 'put out a fire' eh?
What was he putting out? Was he part of the firefighting staff?
One minute he's an EMT, next firefighter and then a wannabe cop.
He uses many techniques in Tucker Carlson's interview with him that artfully dance around what he's directly asked (but I got no doubt Carlson prepared the questions and completely fabricated 'genuine surprise' in reaction to Kyle's well-rehearsed responses where he barely ever hesitates to think before replying).
Is Kyle genuinely saying it's defamation to call a guy who proudly flexes the 👌 symbol alongside Proud Boys is pro-BLM (he knew what the Proud Boys were and what the symbol meant, they got him out of jail by paying his bail, it's not like they were randomly at the bar and tricked him)? I am confused if Kyle's being genuine because he clearly is clueless if he's telling the truth, perhaps that's why he ended up with Proud Boys and Tucker Carlson being his closest allies during this time.
This isn't about Kyle. Kyle is not a celebrity, though he refers to his case a 'self-defence itself on trial' (as opposed to Kyle Rittenhouse, he really says this at least twice during the interview). He is just one guy who made a very unwise decision that night, what's really scary is that most of the rioters I know of have/had records and yet wielded pistols... Are they all punished?
Gun Laws really need work, Kyle wasn't part of a trained militia against the government, he explicitly says so in his case. Thus, the 2nd Amendment doesn't remotely apply.

The main reason to get vaccinated during this time is that the science supports it, not just politicians (if you aren't in a group that will be risky with JJ or AZ, I recommend them instead of mRNA if you are a conspiracy theorist about mRNA).
I think it is easy to assume that all tyranny is inherently 'wrong' as in worth fighting but sometimes it may be the tyrant wants what's best for us. Not all strict parents are giving their children bad orders, it comes down to the 'why'. In my opinion, vaccination has strong why's at this point, the only debate is if mRNA is worth the risk of what it can do to our cells in the long run.
I disagree with the approach of recommending the riskier vaccines that are using brand new science that hijacks cells to make us immune (mRNA). What do I mean by 'riskier' well, even if it has the higher efficacy rate in being protective against Covid variants and even if in the short-term it is showing less side effects for the non-allergic to its ingredients, mRNA vaccines like Pfizer and Moderna are actually riskier from a skeptic's perspective no matter how much your jab nurse will try to talk you out of it (UNLESS YOU ARE of a particular capillary and any kind of blood related issue or allergic issue with ingredients in AZ/JJ)don't listen to the 'logic' because that isn't how probability works.
You can't say the risk is greater because the bad of the other option isn't knowable yet. After enough boosters with gradual alteration to body cells then by around booster 6, then we may begin to see really what's happening as enough will be altered to even get a hope of a glimpse. We are barely on booster 1 for the older population, we don't know a thing about mRNA's long-term ability to damage the body.
Thus, I ask both sides, why they don't go for the oldschool vaccines like AstraZeneca and Johson & Johnson, you cannot really be losing out you can at worst gain not much vs delta and now omnicron variant but at least vs Covid-19 you are immune to high degrees, following your second jab of AZ or first jab of JJ (JJ is less good specifically because it's only a single jab but that's a debate for another day).
I will like both anti-vaxxers and pro-mRNA to tell the logic of their stances.

Every single one of the scumbags (ironically except Rosenbaum) had a gun that night. Pretty sure those vandal posers who stand for nothing other than looting are the real issue, how the fuck does someone with Huber's record get a firearm legally? Disgusting.

Kyle, I agree with you, is both not the issue and is a scumbag. Due his actions that night, the 18 year old that purchased the firearm for him is gonna get found guilty now. Kyle posed as an EMT to get in and seek out action and trouble, he's probably a little sociopathic and/or narcissistic.
I got no doubts about that.

So, basically the basis should have ONLY been third degree murder or some kind of manslaughter (I'm not an expert on manslaughter 'degrees' I don't fully understand the differences even after a search).
The idea being that specifically with Rosenbaum the firing of the four bullets, the fourth going into his skull, was overkill and didn't add up because Kyle should be defending primarily against the guy who fired the muzzle-shot behind him.
However, I also think that ultimately as I came to be intimate with the case, I'd be at huge moral odds with myself because ultimately, as ridiculously 'seek out the danger' as Kyle was to be there with an AR-15 and as inevitably alarmed he made everybody there by carrying that particular firearm, he acted in self-defense.
So, after I'd investigate his possession and realise it's totally legal, I'm not certain how I'd proceed exactly beyond said focus on the overkill on Rosenbaum. I think the Huber kill was undeniably self-defense from Kyle's psychological perspective and no way can I as a prosecutor prove for sure that Huber realistically would just disarm Kyle and let him be.
Furthermore, once I discovered the past records of Rosenbaum and Huber, I'd know that very few Jury members would doubt it was fundamentally them initiating the aggression and Rosenbaum saying the N-word while posing as a BLM protester would be the nail in my coffin.
So, I don't really envy the position the prosecution had but they surely knew their only hope was to fixate on the four-bullets in Rosenbaum, to which they said 'everybody takes a beating sometimes' and that is just the most idiotic basis to justify the charge there that I've ever heard.
Another thing very important to find out is if Kyle was baited/ordered/encouraged to be there by some others and how/why his mother allowed him to be there. While I'd lose the Kyle Rittenhouse case, perhaps I could salvage my career and appease many on the side currently calling me pathetic, in anger, by focusing on the older adults that influenced and engineered Kyle's dilemma. This would take private investigators helping me and eventually at least one person involved would need to snitch.
If it turned out Kyle really was there totally of his own volition as a lone 'hero' then I'd admit defeat.

I've seen the president himself and Kamala both strongly imply (but avoid explicitly stating) that they are completely behind the movement in the media and society that supports sending Kyle to prison for what he did, disgusted with the jury verdict and seeing it as a great miscarriage of justice.
In fact the person IRL who called me a right-wing supremacist/sympathiser said how on Earth it would be realistic Kyle could be innocent if Biden himself is against it.

Oh the proof is very conclusive, however maybe it's a brain thing and I can't say more without directly insulting you.
To my brain, there's a very clear and direct instant (0 steps in between) way to conclude from the images, video and context why the only way to interpret it is as a white supremacy symbol. If your mind interprets it as a complex issue where it's just as likely to be a 4Chan mockery, I think it may be our brains being wired differently that's to blame, I don't know.
I literally can't fathom how to genuinely not realise it's blatantly that and I think any jury would generally see it that way too, judge as well so defamation in that respect easily will fall flat. However, there is defamation going on with Rittenhouse in the sense that he's being accused of intentionally provoking, we can't know his intent and the people who assaulted and chased him can't simply be said to be victims.

there's definitely proof, Kyle asked his lawyer to login and delete all the social media (probably suggested by the lawyer) on day 1 of his arrest so that couldn't be accessed but a couple of pics of him with white supremacists making a hand sign in one of them as well as the Proud Boys directly bailing out instantly and hanging out with him getting him to make the very hand sign and chanting stuff with them:
I get why Kyle may have run along with it even if he didn't believe in it, he owed them for the bail after all but ultimately he can't play victim to that label because he did not do one single thing to deter the idea. He also had a lead lawyer/attorney that was one who had represented Proud Boys. Kyle clearly had ties to them, for all we know it was them who encouraged him to be there that night and he just chose not to snitch and get someone in trouble for an irresponsible suggestion.

Both side are in fact guilty of what you say.
The left-wing demonise Kyle for being aligned with Proud Boys and say he 'seeked out trouble' and therefore deserved to be beaten or whatever (which is disgusting to suggest) while the right-wing point out Rosenbaum's prior offenses along with Huber's to justify what essentially they wouldn't care if it was vigilante murder.
Both sides forget that the main issue, the main blatant glaring problem which is even why the police were hesitant to intervene, is that the rioters had pistols. If people have easy access to weapons that insta-kill of course there's a problem as situations that needn't be lethal/fatal automatically enter that risk level.

What I'm seeing from the left-wing is major hypocrisy, double standards and bullcrap going on right now.
They are saying Kyle, who I agree was very unwise to have been there, deserves to be convicted of murder because he brought the situation on himself and they use the fact he had such a big gun to prove he knew he was seeking out potentially lethal trouble.
They also accurately note that he probably is a white supremacist because the Proud Boys helped bail him out instantly, an act they would not have done had he not in some way been aligned, as far as I know.
The focus seems to be entirely on Kyle Rittenhouse, who is one guy in a situation where he definitely defended himself on both counts. Even people close to me IRL have become delusional with this case, calling me a right-wing supremacist/sympathiser for daring to see Kyle's side of the story as valid.
I don't really understand why nobody is focusing on the issue of guns. Guns were the issue. This entire same scenario would never have happened had everyone been unarmed, including that Kyle wouldn't have had the guts to be there alone and without backup in the first place.
I don't condone anything the rioter scumbags did, including their past offences but I also think suggesting it's okay for Kyle to kill someone for their past offences is equally stupid. The focus needs to become if ultimately America is better off with guns or without them. Idk what's happened to everybody but this isn't about Kyle nor about BLM, one of the guys who threatened Kyle's life yelled the N-word... These rioters are just rioters. They stand for rioting and looting, scaring and demolishing.
They can say they are BLM and that they are anti-fascists but they are using Fascist tactics.

A state has legitmacy because that state made laws.... You are trying to justify authority by stating that that authority does something, whether that's good or bad, you realize your argument is circular right?
It is axiomatic but not circular.
All legitimised systems have laws and governance, anarchy may have illegitimate pseudo-laws but the very thing required to legitimise them as concrete laws and to legitimise the anarchy as a legitimate state/nation is a governing body with a legislative branch. In fact the governing body could be unlelected and monarchic, democracy isn't a necessity only a governing body is.
It is axiomatic (self-fulfilling) but it is not circular because the argument does focus on your point about legitimacy and anarchy.
Anarchy cannot be legitimate, it can only be illegitimately temporarily controlled chaos.
