No it isn't. There are many more and it is true they don' tknow them all, you literally can't know all of the people who were wrongfully abused by police officers and told to keep their mouth shut or framed/wrongully-incarcerated.

Since their origin BLM is the hugest reason that anyone even began to think of these things as genuine issues. Long before you think they were 'talking about it' they were talking about it and genuinely doing things to change laws, change enforcement of those laws and make things equal legally, financially and socially for black citizens of many nations around the planet, not just the US.
BLM is merely a congolmerate of several pro-black movements all who agree on similar core values.

Stop and frisk is based on idiotic reasoning that often enables cops to unintentionally be racist, I agree.
The first issue with stop and frisk is that there is literally no objective list of criteria that the cops are trained to 'tick/check' when qualifying someone as deserving of it. It is therefore viable to argue that while a lot of it is active racism, especially in the original introduction of the 'stop and frisk' idea, it has become so ingrained to the cops that they will get almost no backlash and huge reward if they stop and frisk a black person. The amount of times that even high ranking black politicians in UK (not just US) have been stopped, searched and then the cops realised who it was and said 'sorry' the moment they did (often they say this before the frisking and let the politician be)... It is not okay for a fucking 17 year old black person to have been stopped and frisked many times, sometimes very aggressively if they resisted it, just because they are black. There needs to be very strict criteria set out for what qualifies someone as worthy of suspicion for the stopping and searching.

Both the killing AND the general brutality are more severe, the latter in a much higher proportion.

The police department do not just say that, it is a mentality running deep in many judges, lawyers etc. The issue isn't 'more crimes' it's that they feel blacks deserve harsher punishments for the same crimes too (on top of being more likely to convict them as guilty). Black people have a disproportionate amount of wrongful incarceration. On the other hand, racial beating of black people have a disproportionate amount of wrongful vindication and 'does it even matter' mentality, as recently as the past decade.

It is genuinely disturbing and hilarious at the same time, to me, that people can say an organisation has gone 'too far' when not nearly enough has been done towards making black lives equal to caucasians in quality of legal representation, high-ranking corporation representation or anything of that sort.
Ghettos still exist in US (when I say ghetto I don't mean just a poor area, I mean so poor that the youth are almost forced into gang violence or scared for their life, where they can barely do well at school given how busy and rough home life is for them needing to work part-time just to put food on the table while handling the same workload as an unemployed privately tutored wealthy caucasian).
They are then told they need to compete 'equally' and there is/was already a bias against them on top of them having such an unfair start in life. This doesn't even begin to explore social isolation, bullying etc that can result from being the 'one black kid' in a group of whites growing up or even in an adult working environment. You may think 'that doesn't happen' but that is only because of BLM's work.

Wrong. What they said was that social distancing+isolation needed to be enforced REGARDLESS of people wearing masks in the early phase. They also insisted that masks would only be truly useful for the general populace after a long enough period of such distancing ensuring that each household either remained totally uninfected or (unfortunately) totally infected in and of itself.
This would give each household time to either remain safe or develop immunity. They argued masks should only be invested in the front-line staff who had to interact with people daily face-to-face (especially healthcare workers). Now that social distancing has been achieved in most countries, the next phase is masks and reducing the hardcore rules on social isolation but maintaining the social distancing.
The problem is that in the US some states (more left-wing ones especially) are further along the way to make the masks worth it. Others are barely progressing towards the mid-distancing phase that other countries achieved 2 months ago.

If you are asking me to agree with making medically necessary prescriptions available to the poor, I agree (though I feel America actually does this too readily with psychiatric medication and should seek more therapy-based avenues of dealing with mental health concerns).

Do you know what makes a country disliked? Acting in imperialist fashion, annexing or dismantling other countries, disrupting international peace, laying territorial claims to its neighbors. Tell me how many wars Trump started, or how much territory, land or maritime, has been added to the United States since 2017.
Do you know that the 100% illegal assassination of the Iranian General was actually a lesser act? Trump tried to declare literal war on Iran and only changed his mind last minute (before he assassinated their high ranking General).
This is a good timeline on the matter. Both before and after he tried to declare actual war on iran with mandatory conscription.
Iran aside, he's done plenty to many nations to make them resent him. Ironically, he even managed to piss off his buddy Putin. Trump is an absolute shambles in international relations. The Indian President is embarassed to have to pretend to like Trump just for a good deal.
