It is very likely you are not aware what you can use the quiz technology for. It's also possible a glitch in the loading of those IP addresses and such is to blame for your inability to see what you otherwise would be able to. It's true that your IP will be very similar to Virtuoso's as you live so close together, if you both use the same ISP. However, the last 3 numbers of yours will be unique to a set of IPs that you use, never being identical to his last 3 (but the last 3 can be the same last 3 as someone else's last 3 who doesn't use your ISP or live in your area).

Wrong, that is not doable. With phone numbers and spoofing as someone else via good hacking skills, it is fairly possible due to a glitch in how operators ensure it is the actual owner of the number using Skype or something like that but with IP what you suggested is impossible unless the other person is using the same VPN service as you.
Do not tell me I am ignorant, I know every detail about what hackers can do, I just don't know all the details of how to actually do all of it.

There's so much to rap that's not clear-cut (type1 is a rhyme-scheme supremacist who doesn't understand the value of other things other than perhaps depth of lyrics in severity, not even in depth of metaphor-stacking).
Eminem is obviously one of the best to listen to, to understand rhyme scheme manipulation and pun-integration but he's hardly the greatest at the latter. He loves to 'rhyme rhyme rhyme' at the sake of anything else, much like type1.
It's about opinion; there's no right style but there ARE wrong styles. This is not a contradiction and no, there are NOT finite right styles. Mix and match what you prioritize, and you begin to see a whole new world open.
One of the greatest 'pure skill' rappers to have ever lived is vinnie paz. He has no category of rap, at all below 8/10. His worst category is depth of puns/metaphors. That's his only 8/10.
