@TheGreatSunGod
Well, there are many proved positive effects happening. In fact, even if God didnt exist, it would be very beneficial to believe in God. This is a different topic, but related to belief in God.
Pascals Wager is that beneficial argument.
Pascal's Wager is a philosophical argument suggesting that it's rational to believe in God, even if there's no proof of his existence, because the potential rewards of belief (eternal life) outweigh the potential losses (finite inconveniences of believing) if God does exist. It's a form of pragmatic argument, focusing on the practical consequences of belief rather than on providing evidence for it.

A watering hole or waterhole is a geological depression in which a body of water forms, usually a pond or a small lake.
This was a place to see naked Filipino women.
And water their hole. Therefore a watering hole.

Sweden is among the most friendly nation to eugenics abortion reasons.

The scandinavian nations have the lowest rated of downs and other such conditions, Denmark has the highest as Germany beneath them is more Catholic and has a very different view on such abortions culturally post-Hitler.

UK has a similar approach to Scandinavian nations to it but as their Cath percent is higher and roots are a lot more Cath, its seen as tabooish but still done more than Germany.

Its all well and good for nations to score high on happiness scales but eugenics leaves less dependents and is a satanic, vile reason behind it.
Eugenics worked in Europe after they got rid of the Jews. They did not need abortion to be successful.

@FLRW
Sales tax is a regressive tax because it takes a bigger percentage of a lower-income person's income than a higher-income person's income. This means that sales tax hits the poor harder than the rich.
Poverty is regressive. It hits the poor harder than the rich.

It’s my definition of believers here. The debate is just about if some God exists and probability for that.
The evidence is in the minds of the believers. That is where God makes his presence known.

Geometry used in magic and religion
-->
@TheGreatSunGod
What I see in magic sometimes are undefined shapes. These are usually shapes which dont follow usual geometry shapes. I consider these to be good as well, but they are more difficult to work with, and its more difficult to figure out how to combine them with words.

Usually, the goal is that lines in shape connect words to form a message. With undefined shapes, this is more difficult because lines must follow consistent rules of connecting words, the connection line must be same, otherwise message could get mixed up, and rule of consistency of message wouldnt apply.
You built your own argument for simplicity.

The evidence for Christian God is overwhelming

@TheGreatSunGod
The evidence is just too much for me here. Jesus is basically everything what you would expect of an all good God to be, and I have to say these past few days where really overwhelming for me. I mean, I am not Christian, but I cant deny that there is something in Christianity. I can understand why people believe in it. They probably had small miracles happen in their own life which they cant explain in any other way but divine. I had things happen in my life with different types of magic, but I cant explain why Christians have any miracles if their God isnt real.

focusing on the practical consequences of belief
Thats the unproved premise which I am talking about. Even if we assume that the only Gods possible are the ones listed in Pascal's wager, the idea that good atheists go to Hell is not just unproved, but basically insane.
The aim is not to prove atheists go to hell. It is to save atheists from going to hell in the most practical and simple way.
Pascal's Wager is a philosophical argument suggesting that it's rational to believe in God, even if there's no proof of his existence, because the potential rewards of belief (eternal life) outweigh the potential losses (finite inconveniences of believing) if God does exist. They still come here to see Buckingham Palace and we still go there to see the Eifel tower.

Politicians bluster and ordinary folk just do ordinary folk stuff.
You must belong to a minority. Brexit has had a complex and multifaceted impact on the UK, with economic, social, and political consequences. Economically, it has led to a decrease in trade with the EU, reduced investment, and a fall in UK GDP, according to various reports. Socially, Brexit has affected immigration patterns and travel, while politically, it has reshaped the relationship between the UK and the EU.

Semantics aside, don't one-state Israelis and Palestinians generally want the same thing?
-->
@zedvictor4
Basically Israelites and Palestinians were the same thing.

Though these days, Jews and Palestinians are not necessarily the same thing as they were previously.

And we should all realise by now that a one State solution ain't never going to work, because it ain't what either side want.

For sure there are some good folk who would rather live a peaceful life...Problem is though  these sort of people don't call the shots...The shooting is generally inspired by theo-political nut jobs and carried out by gullible sycophants.

And of course, arms sales and the Eurovision Song Contest are big business...Middle eastern Transsexuals deserve a platform, don't they.

Clever stupid gene.
Just like you have two races Jews and Palestinians.A two state solution is the only answer.

two-state solution, proposed framework for resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict by establishing two states for two peoples: Israel for the Jewish people and Palestine for the Palestinian people. In 1993 the Israeli government and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) agreed on a plan to implement a two-state solution as part of the Oslo Accords, leading to the establishment of the Palestinian Authority (PA). As the only framework with bilateral and formal agreement, the two-state solution remains the consensus of the international community, although proposals for a one-state framework are often floated as an alternative.

-->
@TheGreatSunGod
Believers simply believe in some God. I merely proved that some God is likely to exist, thus some believers are likely to be right.

Again, Pascal's wager is a different argument entirely here. Pascal's wager is based on idea that according to all Gods which are known and popular so far, atheists in much more options end up in worse place in the afterlife than Christians.

But Pascal's wager is ultimately flawed because even if we take one premise as true, it is not certain that atheists go to hell in Islam or Christianity. Bad people go to hell, and believers can be bad people while atheists dont need to be bad. In that sense, Pascal's wager is basically just folk logic and a very weak argument here. I generally stay away from that argument because it takes much more effort to defend it, and proving the premises is almost impossible.
You got it all wrong. Pascal’s wages does not need to be defended or its premise proven. It's a form of pragmatic argument, focusing on the practical consequences of belief rather than on providing evidence for it.
Pascal's Wager is a philosophical argument suggesting that it's rational to believe in God, even if there's no proof of his existence, because the potential rewards of belief (eternal life) outweigh the potential losses (finite inconveniences of believing) if God does exist. @Savant
If you're Israeli and don't support a one-state solution, what's your plan to winning against Hamas? It's pretty clear Israel doesn't want to do nothing, but if they conquer Palestine, we're back to the one state idea. If you don't like that Hamas breaks ceasefires, then you should want a unified government that can enforce terms.

If you're Palestinian, support democracy, and believe that "from the river to the sea, Palestine should be free," then isn't one state what you want? Wouldn't it be easier to achieve this through negotiations rather than warfare? Is it worth bombing Israel for decades just to call the country a different word?
A two state solution is the only answer.

The second coming of Christ (not Jesus)
-->
@Mall
So to get it on record and do like the scripture say, yea or nay, is the son Jesus of Mary, flesh and blood in heaven now?
The Bible says Jesus ascended to heaven witnessed by many.

In Christian belief, the Ascension of Jesus is the event where Jesus, after his resurrection, ascends into heaven. This event is believed to have occurred on the 40th day after his resurrection. Christian doctrine holds that Jesus was then exalted as Lord and Christ, seated at the right hand of God.

The Westernization of Christianity
No. Luther was 1500s prot.

EO vs Caths began much before that as Byzantines vs Roman Caths.
Yes, Martin Luther, a German monk, broke away from the Catholic Church, which sparked the Protestant Reformation in 1517. He disagreed with the Church's teachings, particularly on indulgences and papal authority, and challenged its practices. In 1521, he was excommunicated by Pope Leo X and condemned as an outlaw by the Holy Roman Empire, solidifying the split.
Key Points of the Split:
Indulgences:
Luther criticized the sale of indulgences, which were believed to grant forgiveness for sins in exchange for payment.
Papal Authority:
He questioned the Pope's power and authority, arguing that the Bible should be the ultimate source of religious truth.
Salvation:
Luther's teachings emphasized salvation through faith alone, rather than through good works, as the Catholic Church believed.
Excommunication:
Pope Leo X excommunicated Luther in 1521 for his views and refusal to recant his teachings.
Diet of Worms:
In 1521, the Holy Roman Emperor Charles V condemned Luther at the Diet of Worms, declaring him an outlaw.
The Protestant Reformation:
Luther's actions and ideas led to a widespread religious movement known as the Protestant Reformation.
This movement challenged the authority of the Catholic Church and resulted in the formation of new Christian denominations, including Lutheranism.
The Reformation had a profound impact on European history, influencing politics, culture, and society.

Mall's video debate summary - Did Jesus invent Christianity? Can you be holy and sin?
-->
@Clausewitzian
Yeah, so it's Paul's word, against all the previous disciples. Paul's word about the divinity of Christ, Paul's word and interpretation about the abandonment of the covenant between God and the Israelites. Paul who turned what was a sect of Judaism into something devoid of Jewishness, except the disciples who continued their practice of Judaism until their dying day.

The evidence of all this comes from one man who never met Christ in the flesh, yet knew him well enough to contradict earlier teachings, and the original disciples.

Doesn't hold much weight.
Yes, the apostle Paul received his Christian faith and teachings through a direct revelation from Jesus Christ, not from humans. He stated in Galatians 1:11-12 that he received the gospel "not from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a revelation of Jesus Christ". This revelation occurred on the road to Damascus, where Jesus appeared to Saul and told him to go to the city and he would be told what to do.

@TheGreatSunGod
That's when you build your conclusion into the premise.
So when you build in your premise as assumption that logic applies to God, what exactly are you proving here?

Again, the problem in your logic is:
1. Many people agree that by definition, God is above laws of logic.
2. If God is by definition above logic, your premise 1 is false by definition.

That is the problem in your case
Yes, it takes faith to believe in God.

Faith is a strong belief in something that cannot be proven with certainty, and believing in God often involves trusting in God's existence and plan, even when it's not immediately evident.

The son of Mary was flesh and blood. Is he flesh and blood in heaven right now?
The statement "flesh and blood cannot enter heaven" is a common interpretation of 1 Corinthians 15:50, which states that the perishable (flesh and blood) cannot inherit the imperishable (kingdom of God). This phrase highlights the concept of spiritual transformation and the need for a changed body to participate in the eternal life of God's kingdom.

Mall's video debate summary - Did Jesus invent Christianity? Can you be holy and sin?
-->
@Clausewitzian
I suspect, Saul felt the sect would die if more weren't allowed to join. Therefor he got rid of circumcision, sabbath, kosher, and many other things required of jews, to make the faith appear more welcoming to Gentiles, and it worked. Gentiles joined fast, and the faith spread steadily.
Jesus appeared to Paul in a vision and asked him to stop persecuting Christians.
Paul's Three Encounters with Christ Jesus in Acts - Taylor ...Yes, the Bible records that Jesus appeared to Paul in a vision on the road to Damascus. This event is described in Acts 9, where Paul, then known as Saul, was persecuting Christians. While traveling to Damascus, he was struck by a bright light and heard a voice asking him why he was persecuting Jesus. Paul then identified the voice as Jesus, and this experience led to his conversion and subsequent ministry as an apostle.

The only possible challenge to this argument would be that chance of each independent God existing must be 0. I repeat: must be 0. This essentially means that the only way to disprove this argument is to disprove all Gods into 0% probability.
