I assumed that the website would automatically reject my vote if I was ineligible for voting, so I thought that the fact that the site accepted my vote was proof that I was eligible. I apologize for voting without first finding out whether or not I was eligible and request that my vote be removed. I would also like to humbly suggest that the restriction should be programmed into the site to prevent future new users from making the same mistake.
