Required reading in school, have there been any books that stand out in your memory, if so, why?
While required reading in school did not usually stimulate my passion for literature, I did enjoy reading Anthem, because it was interesting seeing humanity depicted as an egoless society built on the remains of the old world; and To Kill a Mockingbird, because we all knew that hillbilly girl was lying about being raped. To be Honest, the best books I've read have been outside of school.
