The case isn’t about Trump lying about raping anyone. It’s specifically about allegations of defamation. She will have to prove that Trump’s retort she is the one who lied and she did so to boost the sale Of her book caused her personal and/or financial harm as a direct result of his statements.
Also, it’s a civil case not criminal. Any mention of her alleged dress she kept for over twenty plus years without washing it, claiming there is some organic matter on it is already forbidden. No DNA testing will be done.
She has to prove the rape happened in Order to substantiate her truth. She can’t. In the absence of that proof, Trump can call her a liar all he wants.
